I have been going to the gym every other day for 5 years and I still have the same exact physique I did 5 years ago. I am doing everything right to a T. Clean eating and heavy free weights. I can lift more but I look exactly the same.
I'm really starting to think that all of these "shredded" guys that I see aren't being completely honest with me.

way too little info for us to make a judgement.

how many cals do you intake? how much protein? how many hours of sleep? Have you been doing progressive overload?

Taking in approx 2700 calories per day and approximately 120 grams of protein. Sleep is absolute dog shit I must admit.
      >progressive overload
At first but I've been capped off for awhile

with the subtracted calorie burn from the workout itself hes barely eating above maintenance

          leanbulking is a scourge

leanbulking is fine if you have a high body fat percentage. Someone with 20% body fat can gain muscle and lose bodyfat at the same time as long as they take in sufficient protein. Per lb, fat has faaar more calories than muscles do which can be converted to help build muscle

there you go man, your protein intake is waaaay too low. You should be around 1g of protein per lb of body weight. I'm 170 so I take 170g of protein.

I think that combined with the sleep is your culprit.

        What's your routine?

Post pictures from 5 years ago vs today + lifts from 5 years ago vs today + weight from 5 years ago vs today. You might just need to cut or something. It's impossible to gain strength after 5 years without gaining muscle

Depression and anxiety kills your gains. Muscles are a huge investment, and your body won't grow them unless it thinks everything is okay. If you're sad all the time, it's going to assume that you're living in a time of food insecurity, because why else would you be sad?

and buy some high quality whey protein to achieve your daily protein intake

I went a year and a half before hmming, so you're not the only one. No pain no gain. The pain comes from the kitchen
Forcefeed and eat all the time, constantly. If you vomit just keep eating. It's the only way to gain weight. It's very slow and never gets easier because your bmr goes up with your weight, but that's just how things go with fitness.
Also strength is fricking moronic. Lift heavy for half of your training at most. Heavy weights are worse for your physique than cardio. 10-15 rep range and you will grow.
