I have been lifting for 10 years and im still skinnyfat dyel

I see guys come into my gym and go from skinny twink to muscular and shredded in like 1 year

How do they do it?

>inb4 roids
Im not talking about obvious roiders, these guys are massively jacked huge, but they have 0 fat on them, have obvious muscular gains, and have lean shredded bodies, its like.. they never even had a fat bulking phase, they came into the gym skinny, after after 6-12 months gained lean muscle mass, with no fat added

Feels like ill never escape skinnyfat, its been 10 years now, i would have escaped it by now if i was gona

Meaning, do you want me to make myself look as good as I can like everyone does when they take a photo of their physique?
IE: I take like 1,000 photos till I get a good one...

OR do you want me to just take a few and post whatever comes out?

Is it because I started out Skinnyfat and not Skinny?

Every single skinny guy who comes into my gym goes from skinny to muscular without any fat-bulker phase...

Meanwhile ive stayed Skinnyfat throughout the entire process.

      Why would they get fat?
A skinnyfat will get fat because they're already fat to begin with and they refuse to cut or lift heavy for some reason.

Are you a SS gay by any chance?

The real lifting redpill is that not everyone is going to make it, some people are just genetically inferior.

I strongly suspect this is true. Just like some people have genetics that make them jacked in 3 months. Others have genetics that make them perma-dyel. No one on here will ever admit it such doomer sentiment though.

I literally only lift in the 8+ rep range for the last 5-6 years for all my lifts.

I dont do normie Squats/Deadlifts/Bench anymore, I was even more DYEL when I did that stuff.

I do Incline DB press with 40kgs for 8-12

I do Military press with 60kg for 8-12

                I do RDL's with 120kg for 8-12

I just Leg Press a few plates on each side instead of Squatting now, I think I hit around 165kg squat for 3x5 when I did that like 8 years ago

Damn, you sure lift light for someone who is lifting for 10 years. I lift for 10month and do incline db with 60kg/ ohp 80kg / diddys for 160kg. Quick question: how many reps in reserve you have when you finish your set? Because if you have more than 1 rep in you, you're not lifting heavy enough.

Interesting. Ive been seeing a lean and muscular guy at my gym recently for the last 6 months or so, he does pretty much the same routine as me, the same lifts as me, even uses about the same weight as me, and hell, even his exercise selection/order is pretty much very similar to mine (He does PPL)

And yet, he's muscular, has barely any bodyfat on him, he has muscle definition and separation everywhere on his body, and Im a soft fat c**t.

So its obvious the training isn't what im doing wrong here. Im assuming its either diet or genetics. Maybe I just eat too much junk, maybe me being high bodyfat is cucking my test levels so my body-composition gets fricked up by it.

Again, this guy im seeing at the gym for example, he lifts the same weights as me, same exercises, same routine, etc, but he looks 1000X better than Ive ever looked

Used to count my calories as well. But started getting anorexic. Now I just eat whatever I want, whenever I want. I just make sure to do some sprints on the treadmill to burn it all off. I also train about 3 hours every weekday, though

So you had an arms day, do you train 3 hours a day on a bro-split? Ie: chest/back/legs/shoulders/arms or something?

                So it's:

                >Wednesday - Shoulders
                >Thursday - Arms
                >Friday - Legs

Including 20 minutes on the treadmill, followed by abs from Monday to Thursday

Ah I have actually done a split like this before, but I got told to do PPL instead for the frequency.

Do you actually train for 3 hours each session here minus 20 minutes treadmill and some abs? So basically you train 2.5 hours of purely weights for the target body-part on the day?

Is it 2.5 hours of non-stop training with barely any breaks? or are you taking like 4-5 minutes between sets, etc?

                This

If you have good genetics you can just eat intuitively and stay lean. It's what I've always done. I'm not that poster but I'm 6'2" 195lbs lean after 2.5 years of lifting weights in a gym and several years before that doing calisthenics as a teen.

is me so nta but I train 90 minutes to 120 minutes weights only no cardio with barely any rest between sets, but I train antagonist muscles or superset a movement that hits the muscle I just hit in a different way. Like tonight I did back, a tiny bit of chest, then biceps at the end. But for back I did a pull down, then a rope pullover, then a cable row in sequence for back, then I might hit some pec deck just to get a nice chest pump going so I mog everyone and everything in the vicinity and stretch my chest so my back works better, then back to back work, then to hammer curls, dips, etc it just keeps going I just love it.

cont. High intensity and high volume and I get bored standing around for much longer than one minute. Most of the rest would be me walking to whatever else I was using. I reach failure on A LOT of my sets because of this style. After training like this for years I still feel sore in whatever I hit the day or two after, and I train 7 days a week because it's an addiction. This is truly the best way to make gains as a natural.

What do you do when the gym is closed for a day? Doesn't your whole schedule get fricked up for a week?

Or do you just carry on the routine from the next day so you dont actually always do Chest on monday for example?

Fat to lean body mass helps determine your hormonal profile, so it's best to always stay as lean as possible.

Your fat cells fermentize test into estrogen. You won't make any progress while this happens. Bulking and cutting is a meme for naties. It works only for roiders.
Lose weight and then start gaining lean mass.
Also get on d3 and magnesium with all the cofactors. You might be deficient in chomium as well.

    >they came into the gym skinny, after after 6-12 months gained lean muscle mass, with no fat added
That's called high testosterone. If you have high testosterone your body will naturally not hold fat, you will start skinny and skeleton if you don't eat enough. You start feeding it and you instantly put on your baseline muscle and then some.
It's not roids. That's genelet cope.
