          What diet and routine do I need to achieve that physique bros?

          I made this image months ago. Truth is you need an insanely good frame e.g very wide shoulders and a very narrow waist and ribcage to achieve this look. Not to mention being extremely lean. But without the aforementioned frame you won't look like this no matter how lean you get. Even the guy in the pic didn't have the frame, which is why I photoshopped it.

    You don't need to lift to look like this. Just diet hard and do some pushups. Note that this will only work if you have good genetics to begin with.

      You’ve never been that lean. If you diet down to the point you are 10% bf you will look like a skeleton if you don’t lift. Doesn’t have much to do with genetics. OP pic clearly has achieved meaningful hypertrophy either thru lifting or other activities

      4 months in, not counting the 3 years i spent dicking about for 3 months then quitting for 3-6 all the while skipping every other workout after the initial first 2 weeks
      i do only pullups and dips and finish off with bw rows and pushups but i think ill get into a real gym again soon

      Just use the navy tape test, it's repeatable so you can measure your change over time which is more important than what the number actually is

      depends on who you are but mostly just eat less yeah. i find theres a treshhold after which CICO stops functioning 1:1, from personal experience i starvemaxxed for a while due to life events and once i started counting i found i was eating about 1700kcal daily. i tracked this for a while and over a couple weeks my weight averaged 58.8. some 2 months ago i upped it to 2100kcal and over that time, my weight now sits at 59.8, and i've gained muscle over that period. so, what, half a kilo of fat at most for 400kcal? i think to get under 10% id have to seriously starvemaxx or start doing a lot of cardio, but you can probably get to ~12 and maintain by just being mindful of what you eat without having to endure much hunger
