We've been over this. Go vegan if you want to be healthy.

beans! protein powder, tofu, lentils. Even veggies have some protein, and vegan microbiomes actually become protein sparing funny enough

Wrong, just eat more than one type of protein. Your body constantly breaks down proteins and rebuilds them using different amino acids. As long as you eat more than one type of protein it will balance out.
Ketolards LOVE this lie for some reason.

I don't buy it. All vegans are either obviously on gear or have atrophied muscles.

Is it worth arguing with these ppl? I know ppl who are vegan and vegetarian, they lethargic and have terrible physiques. There are some influencers and atheltes who talk about being vegan and that but a lot of them fraud anyway. Veganism clearly isnt good but whats the point in arguing against anons trying to convinve ppl to get on a fad diet?

CAC scan or angiogram or anything that looks at your coronary arteries. Low carb high fat looks like the way to go. Beef and satiated fat are great for you as long as you aren’t consuming them simple carbs. By if you’re trying to gain muscle you will need carbs. Vegan is extremely unhealthy, you can’t even do it without supplements lol.

did you fall for the GP trap where they see high cholesterol and put you on meds or did you see an actual specialist to see if the cholestrol was leading to anything? because I had a proper check from a high level private cardiologist and he told me that unless you have atherosclerosis or atleast the beginning signs then its more or less irrelevant to anything

if youre CAC is zero or even low <100 it doesnt matter what your LDL is. get CAC checked every few years if youre really worried about it but theres a long list of things more important than high cholesterol

If your trig/hdl ratio is less than 2 and you have normal fasting blood glucose or insulin you're fine.

Limit your saturated fat intake and opt for more Poly/Mono unsaturated fats and Whole Carbohydrates with lots of fiber. You don't have to cut out saturated fats completely just limit it. Common sources are Full fat Dairy and Animal fats.

saturated fat has nothing to do with heart disease
