          I used to go to bed at 11/12 until loke 9 or 10 but recently I've started going to bed at 2/3am until like 1 or 2 in the afternoon and I can't fall asleep on time anymore

                See a sleep doctor
                You have to take melatonin about 4 hours before sleeping and you need a lot of light in the morning to synchronise your sleep cycle to the day

                Also avoid bright light and blue light at night (6pm onwards)
                Keep your screens dim and turn on the blue filter. This has to be done as the sun is setting not one hour before you want to sleep.

    Counterintuitive but I stopped giving a shit about sleeping well and I just focus on stretching out and getting comfy in bed. Since I succeed in that mission eventually I get comfy enough that I fall asleep.

    >Eat dinner soon, go to bed with digestion already done
    >Exercise
    >Take magnesium
    >Cold room
    >Weighted blankets can help
    >Hot shower before sleep can help too
    >Relaxing herbs/tea
    >Melatonin but don't take it everyday
    >Some people swear by CBD oil
    >No caffeine 10 hours of sleepy hour
    >No alcohol or weed before bed if you want the sleep to be of any use

      I turn my devices off before bed and I already use the blue light filter max setting all devices
      I take magnesium
      Never drink alcohol or do drugs, and don't take melatonin often

    Ah might be a temporary thing. There was a whole week where I was sleeping 5 hours a day too.
    And It was not work related. I had plenty of time to sleep but my moronic body decided 5 hours is enough I guess.
    And there was also a week where I did 2 hours of sleep each day. It got sorted by the weekend. But my sanity was slowly rotting away by day 4.
    I wouldn't worry too much.
