Also on a cut. The trick is to lower your caloric intake. Going over does not do anything, except gives you temporary relief that you can go back to being a fatty anytime you want. But the next day you continue with your cut.
Plateus happen when your metabilism adjusts to caloric intake, so either eat 200 cals less or work out 7 days a week for 2 hours each day.

Depends what your starting body fat is. You won’t really notice anything until you get down to 15% unless you’re absolutely jacked. Every percentage drop under 15 is a noticeable difference

It works. If you are not succeptible to "relapse" it works well. Every 3 weeks I do a cheat day and eat an extra 1500 calories and I stopped having plateaus. I think most plateaus are just stress/water weight retention because after I do a cheat day after a couple days im right back at the same pace of weight loss or better and my plateau couldnt have been "real weight"
