lol I remember being this kind of moron, this is almost impossible to do if you eat only food that you cook for yourself, so stop ordering goyslop from ubereats, or eating packets of chips and make yourself some chicken and rice, it's not hard and homemade food tastes better than the cattle feed restaurants sell
literally me over the holidays, ate almost an entire pumpkin pie. nice thing is you can always get back on the horse. spent the last week on an 800+ deficit
Figure out the reason why you feel a compulsion to eat that many calories. For example, maybe you aren’t eating enough. Eat a salad after dinner without dressing and you won’t get hungry like this.
Also, maybe your midnight snack contains the wrong foods. A bowl of broccoli is a good midnight snack, but a cheeseburger may not be.
<2k cals isn't even considered a binge, clinically speaking. so it's not that bad. that being said, try to figure out
1. what triggered the binge?
2. how can you deal with the trigger in the future?
3. what can you do in the future to avoid binging?
if it's an emotional/mental problem and this is something you turn to often, do some inside digging and ask
4. why do you binge as a coping mechanism?
addressing the root issue may help.

You're making this up, so dont use the word clinically please
See where you fricked up and don't repeat that mistake again
>See where you fricked up and don't repeat that mistake again
this. now is the time to correct yourself.
>go to the nearest toilet and throw up
>if you're serious, you know it has to be done
you DONT want to get into the habit of doing that.
