You're gonna have to ask all the people eating yogurt.

        At least yogurt is liquid

Kefir tastes and smells like cat piss. Nobody in the western (modern) world eats this literal garbage food.

You don't eat it, you drink it.

It does have some traces of alchohol so that's probably it.

I discovered this too OP. The effect is more pronounced the more its been fermenting in my experience. Might be the alcohol (doesnt really feel like an alcohol buzz though), or it might be the bacteria making good stuff in your gut or something. Anyways I like it so I drink at least 500ml every day

It's your body detoxing. Kefir is filled with bacteria, and bacteria causes infections and illnesses, so your body is working overtime to get rid of it. Eat food that doesn't contain bacteria for optimal health.

Bro you are braindead and know nothing at all about bacteria

give yourself severe explosive toilet-shattering diarrhea so all the bacteria in your gut is flushed out

Why do you think we cook our foods? Why do you think we pasteurise? It's because bacteria are dangerous. You can even get paralyzed from them.

Whatever you do, don't google how many bacteria exist in your body.

No, it's not normal. There is some alcohol being produced as part of the fermentation process, but nowhere near enough to give you a buzz.

It has a very tiny amount of alcohol but not enough to make you drunk even if youre a 100lbs womanlet. Maybe it had bacterial contamination and youre experiencing food poisoning

serotonin boost via gut healing microorganisms. you are simply approaching the baseline of those not destroyed by goyslop (0.1% of people in the west)

Fermented beverages all contain alcohol as a byproduct. If you're lightweight you'll get a buzz.
