      Track everything even sauces
      I like to do small snacks/really small meals throughout the day vs big meals.
      Big meals can be 1000+ so I tried to avoid them when cutting.
      If you do have a big meal, plan for it.
      Like if you know your going out to a restaurant, make sure to under eat before the meal, eat the big meal, then make up any calories after the big meal.

    It looks patchy and ugly, a nice smooth surface would show your muscles quite nicely
