I just got my testosterone levels tested. It's 420 ng/dl. This is considered low? I'm about to get a new test done, I am fapping and eating alot prior to the test in order to keep the results low.
Is this a smart choice IST? The doctor was not dismissive of TRT, but you are stuck with it for life. There are also other risks involving the hearts and prostate. But the benefits should outweigh this?
Age: 31 M
Look at all the other factors y07 have in your life. Are you
>getting enough sleep on a regular basis
>exercising regularly
>eating a proper diet of whole foods and includes saturated fats
>managing your stress
>engaging in healthy competition
>having sex
>improving your social status
If you answered no to any of these, get that shit fixed first. TRT is underdosed because it's meant for men with functionally 0 test. That's not you, and you won't get to gigachad mode from a shot every week or so.
OP here
The first measurement was fasted and had alot of sleep. I also get all my vitamins in. So this is prob the best case scenario for my body. The medication is not TRT but it would be Natesto (nose spray).
Sleeping well one night doesn't make up for sleeping poorly 3 nights out of the week. Getting your vitamins in is a minimal concern because you're a collection of multiple systems that have various other needs. You can get in all your vitamins from a multi and eat all your TDEE calories in the form of table sugar. You'd still be in shit shape.
You also neglected to confirm the other half of the list I made in
. Stop being a knuckle dragging moron trying to spin something you don't understand.
It's fine. Mine was in the 300's and was able to raise it to 700-800 naturally just by sleeping more, eating better (actually eating better, not just chicken and rice but make sure you get ALL your deficiencies). You are literally moronic, you are purposefully trying to keep it low and lower when you could and would have completely fine and normal test levels.
Are you trying to become an IFBB or social media influencer? In that case sure throw your life away and roid.
>Mine was in the 300's and was able to raise it to 700-800 naturally just by sleeping more, eating better
thats pretty crazy, did you do anything else? were you barely sleeping before or something? can you give more details on what you changed? like did you go from neet mode into gym mode maybe? maybe nofap? over how long did this change occur?
What do you exactly mean eating better? What is your diet like?
>Adults assigned male at birth
why can't the just fricking say men?
You know why
Because israelites took over the narrative.
The phrase assigned at birth really sticks in my craw
Like somehow they just sorted people at birth and got it wrong or like it can be taken away from you or changed on a whim instead of being based on physiology which obviously plays a big role in more than just identity given that this info graph is specifically about men.
I like to imagine this applied to farm animals. For example, if you had a dairy cow with big horns that gave no milk and kept inseminating the other dairy cows.
"What can I do?" The farmer might ask,
"It was assigned dairy cow at birth"
I have the horniness of a teenage boy and the bench of a man so I consider myself high test. Only be concerned if you have symptoms in that pic.
My testosterone levels are 69 ng/mi
haha
bump
wouldn't dream of going on trt before 50
>Is this a smart choice IST?
Is it smart to cheat yourself to TRT when maybe you don't even need it? No
1) fix lifestyle before ever considering this. Resistance training 3-5 times weekly. Cardio 3-5 times weekly. 10k steps minimum daily. Sunlight 30 minutes minimum when available. 95 percent “whole food.” Sleep 8 hours consistently every night.
2) if you legitimately have the above things down, ask doctor about different options, specifically hCG. It would be better for your scenario and would be more of a short term, small dose intervention.
