Yeah, that's pretty low for a 20 years old. Make sure that you're sleeping 8 to 9 hours per day, eating good amount of cholesterol, lifting (Don't overtrain!) + Vit D3, Zinc. Other than that then you really can't do anything unless you wanna inject T which has a lot of consequences (Infertility is one of them)
Yeah TRT is my last hope. I know they say its possible to reverse if you go off it for a few months supposdly your body can make sperm naturally again. But it seems risky to take.
My sleep is shit and was shit when I took the test I am hoping that will effect it but I have the class traits of low T and much lower sex drive then 3 years ago

I've asked around on many gear oriented forums and I have yet to find one where someone could take hcg and clomid for a handful of months and crank out a baby even after years of ped use. That was what held me back from trt, but holy shit life is so much better on it

test production is not sperm production. You will not go sterile by taking TRT, not even after years and years.
How often do you drink alcohol? Reduce it if it’s more than one drink a day or if you binge drink often
What I hate most of all is the gaslighting. My doctor said you should only be worried if its below 200. They just adjust the normal range every decade to match declining T levels. Its disgusting 600-1000 was the average range for men in the 80's
do testosterone pills work?
Any pill that claims to raise testosterone "naturally" is a scam.
Oral steroids will destroy your liver if taken long term and will nuke your natural test just like injectables.
Testosterone creams / balms are weak as frick and are generally dangerous if they come in contact with women / children.
Whether the test is prescription or not, f you want to TRT then you're going to have to stick a needle in your ass.
I unironically believe that adopting a defeatist mindset lowers your test levels (being a doomer). I'm probably lowtest too, but whenever I eat a calorie surplus with a good amount of cholesterol, do high rep bodyweight exercises with supersets to elevate my heartbeat and simply not being depressed, I get stronger erections and feel more energetic.
Just stop being too sedentary, stop worrying, get enough sleep, eat eggs and beef, do resistance training but try to do many repetitions so you sweat and get out of breath.

I had the same score. Was dealing with depression and my doctor perscribed a trt treatment since antidepressants weren't working.
Went up to 1200ng/dl and put on 50 pounds of muscle in a 6 month period.
what were the side effects anon? Biggest ones I worry about are shrinking dick/balls infertility and acne since I already am prone to bad acne naturally

I do think you need to give natty a chance.
1. 8.5 - 9 hours of sleep
2. Cut all sugar. Enough protein. Proper diet overall.
3. Cut down to 6-pack abs.
4. Get your vitamins.
5. Start some fighting sport to get some ...aliveness... in your life.
After 3 months of that, retest. It's no wonder a lot of us are low test from sitting in front of the computer for 12 hours a day in utter apathy.
Test again in the summer. But increase cardio and get at least 30 minutes of direct sunlight each day, preferably shirtless. Also, make sure you're getting at least 8 hours of sleep each day. And maybe try eating raw oysters 1x week for a month. I bet your test levels will increase.
