jump rope is a whole body exercise that only gets beaten by racked carries.

Is it better to jump afap?

jumping rope is a meme unless it's for complementing boxing. stick to the stair master to burn fat quicker and more efficiently.

Stair master neglects tendons because low impact. Maybe that's why you see so much snap city.

Do you do 75 stories then stop and do a bunch of deadlifts, pushups, farmers carries and fireman carries then do 20 more?
Crazy how the twin towers were hit at the 75th floor or higher but the collapsing rubble wasn't turned into powder by the time it hit floor 50. But instead the entire building came down exactly on its footprint in a free fall. When demolishing it due to changing regulations would have cost the owners millions of dollars. And it sure is lucky they and their family all just happened to be running late that morning. And it's so wild that there was a shock bridge that also collapsed building 7. Damn. And air traffic control didn't notice flights being so far off course.

I wish all those people in New York didn't get cancer from asbestos poisoning.

no, I am not that strong yet, hopefully one day I will be strong enough to bring the culprits of this tragedy to justice though

103 steps per minute, I think level 12, for 10 mins is my goal right now. I've done it a few times as an addendum to my leg routine, but daily I do 86 steps/min for 10 mins (level 10 I think).
I do my entire lift routine + daily planks, then the stair cardio before finishing with a 10 minute sauna sit.

      luv me stairmaster

just a joy to use. my gym also has them overlooking the entire gym from a moving podium of superiority

Same set up at my gym, feelsgoodman. Doing exercise also gives me just the right hormonal balance to not feel anxious making eye contact across the gym.

When it comes to stairmaster I am undefeated at my current gym. I recall meeting a master when I was overseas who would do level 20 for what felt like 5+ mins at a time. Very rare to find those kings.

if youve been doing flat treadmill youve been wasting your time. Incline treadmil is cheatmode for calorie burning. Stairmaster technically burns more calories but is not nearly as sustainable.

Total work time and calories burned is vastly more important than calories burned per minute. Who cares if the stairmaster burns more if you can only do it for 1/4 of the same time.
