Don't wear loose clothes. Don't wear gloves. Don't touch the lathe.
They aren't that dangerous, we used them unsupervised in high school and no one was hurt.
- keep your skin moisturized. this makes blades and tools simply slide off your skin instead of grabbing and slicing it
- eat lots of jello. your bones will absorb some of its qualities so they can bend instead of snapping (while still being strong). it's like a tempering a brittle blade
- research magnetic body polarity reversal. this will make your body slightly repel steel tools so they don't contact you
No exercise will save you from being caught in machinery. Only thing that will save you is not being caught in the first place. Follow all safety rules. Be that guy that tells others to follow rules.
Use extreme caution around machinery that can literally blend you if handled in a reckless manner. Don't wear loose clothes that can get caught in spinning parts. For some jobs, dont wear gloves. I've met with a guy who lost tip of his finger to industrial sized metal grinder and got told by doctors that if he wore a glove, he would have probably lost everything below the wrist. You can't train yourself for counteracting a torque of even a hand held angle grinder.
I know exactly which video your talking about. First of all don't be a moron around a lathe bigger than a car. Don't wear loose clothing. Don't wear anything that could snag the piece turning. moron proof yourself and your surroundings since the consequence is death.
have a nice day frogBlack person
Frog website gayboy
Don't be a dickhead and stick your hand in a lathe.
He was wearing a long coat and got absolutely heemed
Wear a warehouse coat with tear-areas so if it does get caught, don't get dragged in.
I’m not even sure that would have saved him; once your arm is jerked into it you’re a goner
Don't wear loose clothes. Don't wear gloves. Don't touch the lathe.

Is it really that hard not living in China?
Or Russia. Who knew drinking vodka all day while operating machinery is a bad idea

exercise your brain so you can work in an office behind a desk and be comfy
about the closest thing to that is to become a devote buddist monk, otherwise aim to avoid working with dangerous equipment
Moneymax so you dont have to work in factory in the first place. Especially some dangerous one with unsafe working conditions and long hours.
