I just turned 25 and exercising fucking sucks now.

I just turned 25 and exercising fricking sucks now. Every fricking joint in my body is rubbing against each other and clicking. I can't even do proper bodyweight movements. How am I supposed to cope? Frick getting IST, I just want to get a minimum amount of exercise in so I don't die of a heart attack in 5 years.

that has nothing to do with age and everything with the fact you have negative amount of muscles

Holy shit you're 25? They let you do push ups in the nursing home? Stick to yoga and light cardio, OP. Hip surgeries are no joke.

I am 25 and this is not true for me. Do separate mobility routines everyday until your joints stop hurting and warm up before weight lifting. Your body shouldnt be failing at 25.

Weird, I looked up a video on mobility routines and have almost no problems with flexibility like shown in the video. But I'll start doing them anyway, thanks.

Stop eating slop. Literally start eating real, nutritious food. Bone broth. Organ meat. Actual vegetables. I'm begging you, please.

I don't really eat much slop. Could do better I guess, what are you favorite vegetables to add to a meal?

If you are 25 then it's from missing nutrients or something like that, not age. I'm 35 and only just now having that problem. Do you eat Liver and Meat and Eggs?

I stopped taking multivits and fish oil a while ago. I do eat meat, fish and eggs, not liver though.

      >eating overpriced supplements that have gone rancid before they even hit the shelves
      Lmao another victim.
If you really need vitD supplement get it with wiener'o'nut oil, if you need anything else then stop eating slop instead of chugging supplements.

Fix your sleep and diet you moron.
Also use kettlebells, they are the most moron friendly workout implement, and the most bang for your buck in the context of a homegym.
Calisthenics is cheaper but requires very good technique and understanding of the body.
Barbell is the best for strength training but is expensive and requires technique or you'll go to snap city.
Dumbbells and resistance bands are meme shit for broscience tards.
Now, kettlebells will NOT get you jacked, but if your goal is general physical preparedness instead of troony homosexual lookism then look no further, get yourself a 16kg kettlebell. Doesn't matter if at first you can only do two hand swings with it, that is still plenty more than "being a miserable fat frick".
Also, you're only fricking 25, you're at your peak, and that peak doesn't fall off; you plateau there until 40. You have only to gain until you hit 40, and once you hit 40, if you've been IST then you have nothing to worry about because you'll have based AF mitochondrial health.

And get yourself a proper diet. I don't care what you do, but eliminate "vegetable" oils entirely, as well as flour and get rid of most sugars if not all.
Besides that, do NOT change your diet overnight, do it slowly over a couple of weeks, especially if you are smart enough to decide to switch to a carnivore diet. If you do it overnight you'll develop a gut dysbiosis so bad your gut bacteria will feed on your bowel's lining and in 3 to 9 months you'll have explosive diarrhea 24/7 your moron ass will not be able to fix without professional help.
Also, you don't need to eat organ meat, and if you chose to, no more than once every 2 weeks.

For your own wellbeing you must stop attributing these problems to old age because that is objectively not the cause and by believing it is you are removing the possibility in your mind to fix it, when it is perfectly fixable unless you got AIDs or something.

Lmao, I am 41 and have none of the issues OP describes (except a shoulder I cannot push training-wise due to a prior dislocation). Still get mid twenties b***hes mirin no prob.

I had these problems when was in skelly mode. My shoulders would almost dislocate when doing pushups and it was painful af to do them. Bulking and doing light exercises before progressing ro the harder ones helped a lot

I'm kinda skellymode but I've never been able to put on weight despite best efforts.

There's something wrong, that's not normal. Are you hypermobile? EDS could be the cause for having shitty grinded down joints.

I looked up hypermobility but I can't bend my knees backwards or any shit like that. I am flexible though, and I have a weird double jointed left scapula.

Track your calories and eat more. I thought that I was eating enough but my caloric intake was actually about 1700kcal. It's hard af to start eating considerably more, but you'll get used to it.
I could dislocate my shoulders just flexing my chest. I could also dislocate my wrists and fingers. I can still do it, but to a lesser extent and it doesn't cause any problems anymore

Do mobility work/yoga moron. When I was younger I could get away with lifting without warming up/doing any work, the older I got the more I paid for it.
Buy a cheap yoga mat and do some stretches in the morning, your body will thank you.

For me the problem was choosing and portioning meals. What do you like to cook that's calorie dense and easy to prepare?

My favourite bulking food was yogurt
with milk (to make it liquid so you can drink it), some oats and ground up wallnuts with a little bit of jam to add flavour. This one meal had around 600kcal and I could chug it down in 5 minutes. Would eat a lot of dairy and cured meats like sausages and some bread for other meals.

I also eat a frick ton of oats and wallnuts for breakfast and as a snack after dinner. Cheap af and calorie dense enough

I live in a village in the mountains and men in their 90s still do relatively heavy work without complaints and then we have these absolute homosexuals crying because they are 25 and their bodies are on shambles

You must be really fricking fat to have trashed your joints at 25. I'm a 31yo boomer with garbage shoulders and knees and exercise inconsistently I can still lift without issues.

    >I'm dumb and now there are consequences

I've got no sympathy for people like you. There are others who work on themselves 24/7 and get into an unavoidable accident, or get a life altering illness. You refused to take care of yourself and now you're broken. That's fair to me.

Low T edgelord. Dude's only 25, and at least he realises he's garbage instead of deluding himself that he's perfectly healthy and that doctors are all nazis; and he has more than enough time to fix his shit and live his life.
You make it sound like it was a conscious and informed choice on his part to become subhuman trash. Not everybody starts with the same IQ or conscientiousness (heavily dependent on genetics and parenting; something which you don't deserve credit for). Some people just need to hit rock bottom to realise they have to get their shit in order, no need to be snide about it on the internet.
