I just want to be big. I'm about as manlet as it gets and I want to compensate by weighing as much as the tall guys. I want to be a meatball. Problem is I've bought into the body type and proportion and science and statistics ideas that tell me I can't weigh more than 150, bench 3pl8, or have bigger than 14" arms. How do I delude myself into grandeur and what do I do in the gym to just excessively expand?
