I just want to be big. I'm about as manlet as it gets and I want to compensate by weighing as much as the tall guys.

I just want to be big. I'm about as manlet as it gets and I want to compensate by weighing as much as the tall guys. I want to be a meatball. Problem is I've bought into the body type and proportion and science and statistics ideas that tell me I can't weigh more than 150, bench 3pl8, or have bigger than 14" arms. How do I delude myself into grandeur and what do I do in the gym to just excessively expand?

    How tall are you?
I think basement bodybuilding is a pretty good channel for maxxing out on body measurements.
There's certain muscles like the ass and the lower pecs that people neglect because they think it looks bad. Also the forearms and calves. Most gym goers ignore thosemm

I have a friend who's 5'7" and intimidating. He stays pretty fluffy, lifts very heavy and wears lifts.

5'9 is too tall to dwarf max and too short not look compensating manlet. Just do cardio and consider HRT.

5'9"-5'10" is literally the most aesthetic height on earth. Most actors are around 5'9". All of the most aesthetic bodybuilders are around 5'9

But like others said you can't even dwarf max at that height you are just the king of manlets and have the best proportions for aesthetic lifting. If you can't frick at 5'9" it's not because of your height frens.

Forget about the gym,LL is the only way(you could also wear lifts but you’ll get caught eventually),if you’re shorter than 5ft8 you wont even be considered human by females.

I don't care about my height and I'm already married. I want to be big, not long.

I know a guy like that at my gym - I think he was a pro. 5’6” early 40s, 215lbs maybe. Clearly competed, amazing symmetry and he looks good. He’s nice and funny too, wife is tall, and everyone loves him. I’m thinking this height stuff is bullshit internet demoralization.

I think the concern is you need to be juicy, highly accomplished professionally and not have crippling self-esteem issues to make it as a manlet. These are out of reach for like 99% of sub 6' guys.

I guess. It’s crazy to see because no one even really sees this guy as a “short guy.” Dude, he even takes times to help everyone that asks him a question and all the zoomer girls think he’s hot. How did this man let achieve this? Personality gains?

He spent a lifetime building something. That's what defines him now, not necessarily his appearance. It's not enough to make "gains." He is a certain way from working hard over a long period of time and he exudes that strong character.

Yeah, it is bullshit demoralization and I don't care about it. I want to know how this guy got to 215lbs.

      >science and statistics ideas that tell me I can't weigh more than 150, bench 3pl8, or have bigger than 14" arms
Bullshit. Weight lifting is easy mode for manlets.

Argue your point. I want to adopt this mindset but as of yet I've been trying pretty fricking hard to just weigh 145lbs and have 13" arms.

It's not that they don't see him as short. They see him and think "that man is short" but they see a man and not some deranged freak who wants to extend his shinbones.

Well said, but you don't even have to dedicate your life to something. You can be a man about a different thing everyday as long as you're being a man.

I’ve asked him and he said it’s really just about consistency and doing the right things and now that he’s older he’s more about balance. Honestly, a really nice guy. He showed me how to activate my chest and taught me about tempo. Ngl, every gym should have a guy like this.
