    For context, I'm on a diet for the past 6 months and I'm down 20kg more or less but I've lost one of the great joys of life

    My lunch is always a big ass green salad with some protein on the side like chicken or salmon
    I thought the greens would help. They didn't.

        Yesterday a small one and today another small one
        Usually after like 3 days of zero poop I'll do a small one and then that sort of opens the floodgates for a big poop the next day or so (or two big poops)

      Same happened to me over the past 12mths, exactly the same. Lost a lot of weight, but no longer have soft satisfying poops. Up until the past few weeks though things have gotten a bit better. Only changes I made are back to full cream milk and eating oats. Not sure if thats what helped, or just my bowls have sorted themselves out.

              You should aim for fiber at every meal. Try it, see if it helps. Its best to get a wide variety of plant foods because there are different kinds of fiber. Soluble fiber, lie that found in oats, is good for constipation

        Should I eat a different sald? Most of the time I eat greens like lettuce, arugula, spinach together with cherry tomatoes and capers.
        Sometimes I eat boiled broccoli or sliced cabbage + carrot. Are those better?

      Constipation has gotten progressively worse over time during my weight loss, I now poop once every 3 days and then usually I end up pooping 2-3 more times during the next 36 hours.

        Are you stupid? Fruits and vegetables and fiber is how you got plugged up in the first place. Stop eating the fruits and vegetables all together.

        If you're on a mostly meat diet you're not going to poop that often. Your body is much more efficient at absorbing meat than it is carbs, grains, and vegetables. If you're so addicted to pooping. Go back to eating bread. That will fill your intestines with junk and you'll poop more.

I only get clogged when I eat too much of constipating foods like cheese or breads just before or after eating high fibre foods. Fibre eaten hours separate from other non fibre foods does a great job at speeding up digestion.
