I know this guy is a retard and probably a closeted homosexual but for two weeks I’ve done his diet (50% proton, 30% fat, 20% carbs from sweet fruit) and I feel amazing both physically and mentally.

I am also losing fat but I ain’t losing strength and recovery is better than when I was CICOing.

Wtf? Since when memes are real?

And no. Fuck his supplements. Only homos take supplements.

    It's possible that his diet advice is really what's working for you, but it's also possible that the effects you're seeing (fat loss, good recovery) is simply because you're eating a consistently very high protein diet.

    His diets highest macronutrient is fat, he has said this explicitly many times. But yeah the diet is great in general (meat, meat fat + fruits)
