The answer to having good skin and health in general is simply being in homeostasis.

This means losing a lot of your vices that take you out of homeostasis. Eating processed food, pasteurized dairy, carbs, or any drug at all including caffeine will take you out of homeostasis.

Actions like jerking off take you out of homeostasis for a week.

    Do you get the picture?

How often do you change your bedding, towel, wash your pillow, etc.?
Do you keep your room clean, wipe it down with cleaning supplies occasionally?
    Do you eat garbage?
Whens the last time you washed your shower/bathtub or bathroom in general?
All acne is, is bacteria, if your environment is dirty, you're just getting shit all over your skin.

My acne is genetic from my mother who had acne until her 30s. One look at my acne and the dermatologist said that it's likely genetic and will continue until my 20s. I just moved to a new place a week ago and got another breakout yesterday. Im in my 20s now though so was hoping I could treat this or at least fix the eyes

Acne isn’t just bacteria. It’s inflammation, Micro organism’s are generally considered the cause of this inflammation but they are actually the result. The micro organisms are allowed to run rampant, because your immune cells are too busy healing inflammation.

The answer to having good skin and health in general is simply being in homeostasis.

is correct, maintaining homeostasis and reducing inflammation as much as possible is the best way to get acne to go away.

Higher testosterone leads to higher sebum production, which is food for bacteria. It also means sebum/oil/sweat is more likely to get trapped in your pores as T makes you produce more of it, which allows bacteria to grow and inflame the skin, causing a pimple. Its like balding though, not everyone with high T goes bald, and some people with moderate or low T still go bald. If you had 0 T, you wouldn't get it and "hormonal acne" treatment for women is to lower their T production, but for men you obviously dont want to do that, so its just a given that all men have "hormonal acne". Its like saying a man has "hormonal facial hair", like its just a given you have high T which means more oil production which means more acne.

Acne isn’t just bacteria. It’s inflammation, Micro organism’s are generally considered the cause of this inflammation but they are actually the result. The micro organisms are allowed to run rampant, because your immune cells are too busy healing inflammation.

[...] is correct, maintaining homeostasis and reducing inflammation as much as possible is the best way to get acne to go away.

everything up to "maintaining homeostasis" is accurate, you gotta keep your environment clean, I had cystic acne till I started maintaining a really sterile environment, bleach bedding once a week, pillow case changed every 2 days, pillows washed once a week with bleach and high heat, plastic sheet over bed to keep sweat/germs off it so I can just wipe it off when changing bedding, towel used only once per shower, dont touch face, wipe down high touch surface like doorknobs, keyboards, etc. daily with alcohol, etc.
Every "diet change" or "reducing inflammation", vitamin e, acne creams, etc. didn't work, I mean Im allergic to a lot, but breaking out in hives never gave me pimples or anything, just hives. Keeping a clean environment to prevent giving the bacteria more food, or putting even more bacteria on your face/body is what fixed my issue.

You aren't getting the full picture. Yes, hormones cause increased sebum production, but humans did not have acne at all before the 20th century. They lived in unclean environments as well, surrounded by animals and such and rarely bathing. The difference is they were in homeostasis 24/7 because they didn't ingest toxic chemicals.

          >Every "diet change" or "reducing inflammation", vitamin e, acne creams, etc. didn't work

Well did you ever actually change to the right diet? Clearly you have no idea what reducing inflammation means if you are putting toxic laboratory chemicals on your face.

          >I mean Im allergic to a lot
Well now it makes a lot of sense. When you basically have the immune system of an aids patient you are going to have a lot of inflammation and a lot of acne. I doubt you've ever even been in homeostasis.

You should look into a man named Derek Nance who suffered a similar problem and resolved it eating the cleanest diet possible.

Clean can mean a lot of different things. Derek Nance only eats well raised raw sheep meat that he butchers himself.

            >nobody had acne before the 20th century
Bro, acne has been documented for like, 4000 years now. You sound like a moronic facebook mom.
            >immune system of an aids patient
I don't, I just break out in rashes with most foods and "fragrances", food dye, most preservatives, corn syrup, etc. Its just shit you're not supposed to be eating in the first place, but most people can tolerate it, as a result I end up eating clean, cook my own bread, only eat chicken and shit I cook from veggies myself, etc. If I try to eat fast food I just vomit or break out in hives half the time, so never do that obviously. Same with premade frozen food, snacks, etc. Regular shit like fruit, vegetables, chicken, milk, etc. dont do that for whatever reason.

OP here. Ive been on a cut and due to low amount of calories I have to consume I can only eat clean stuff to hit my macros. Still no change

Yeah don't listen to that other moron, he sounds like he's tried coffee enemas and "cleansing" teas or whatever.
You don't need creams or drugs or whatever, just make sure your sheets are bleached minimum weekly, clean pillow cases, wash your pillow in a washing machine, and steam clean your bed, apparently americans NEVER clean their actual mattress, they just swap out the sheets like wtf, imagine never washing your comforter cuz theres a sheet inbetween you and it. Asides that, try hibiclens as a face wash in the shower, used to have pimples from staph and it clears it up. Don't touch your face, no scratching, etc. Doing that spreads bacteria around.
If you've tried all that then I got nothing, accutane is always last ditch effort and thats got mixed reviews. If you're early 20s late teens it might go away on its own and is just caused by the sudden spike in T from puberty. Mid 20s late 20s probably not that. I used to have awful cystic acne in my teens, got better into adulthood but never went away till I go serious about keeping my bedding clean, not reusing towels more than once, really biggest thing was using hibiclens which is just, surgical hand wash, says not to use on your face

OP, I discovered the secret to clearing acne many years ago (on this board, in fact). follow the guide detailed in https://www.acne.org/regimen.html HOWEVER, do not use the benzoyl peroxide that the website sells. a much better one is sold on amazon: https://www.amazon.com/2-5-Benzoyl-Peroxide-Treatment-Lotion/dp/B00DFEGDVS/ref=sr_1_7?tag=ganker-20&crid=1XXE76J2RWDSL&keywords=benzoyl+peroxide+2.5&qid=1661809054&sprefix=benzoyl+peroxide+2.5%2Caps%2C101&sr=8-7

as for the facial cleanser, I have always used cerave. same brand for the moisturizer, which you won't need after a month of the routine as your skin will have adjusted to the benzoyl peroxide.

remember to follow the routine exactly as they describe it on acne.org. that means at the very beginning, you'll want to use a pea-sized squirt of the benzoyl peroxide, as it is very harsh on your skin when you're just beginning. it will burn every time you use it for the first few weeks, so you want to start with a small amount to avoid irritating your skin too much. move up to 1/4 the length of your finger after the first week, then half a finger the week after, etc etc until you are using a full finger's length of it each time. after a month of all this you will be much improved.

the 2nd best thing you can do for acne is to sleep on a fresh pillow case every night. I mean it. every single night. I keep a stack of like 15 of them in my closet. if I sleep on the same pillow case two nights in a row, it's almost guaranteed to give me acne.

Carnivore diet. Cut anything that isn't meat in half every week for 6 week then only eat meat.
Sure, most people don't need to go to this extent, eliminating seed oils, sugars and flours is something you should have done already, and if that doesn't work then eliminate all grains then eliminate all legumes and nuts, etc...
Could be dairy, could be eggs; if your genes are weak that is. Could even be pork meat if you're really weak.

Stop mixing carbs and fats. Don't eat a lot of leafy greens (zero grams is the exact amount your body needs you to eat). And DO NOT consume anything with fructose if you care about your skin, it is 7 times more glycating than glucose (which means your skin will look like an old ballsack much faster on fructose)

Maybe even supplement taurine, 4g per day (start 2g per day for 1 week; use free form taurine). It's an antagonist to histamine in the gut so with all your allergies fricking with your microbiome that's going to help you get things right.

Or you can keep on eating garbage and just buy the israeli products, you do you.

Benzoyl peroxide and retinol are the best thing for your skin, even if you don't have acne. I tried this after some anon recommended and for the last year my skin is glowing. I get asked all the time by people what I'm doing for my skin and I used to have cystic acne
