    Jeff Nippard isn't a science sperg, he just pays attention to it. If you watch his stuff his workouts are pretty normal, and he eats healthy, but you shouldn't need science to tell you to do that. If you want to see a really punchable "muh science" nerd who's ruining lifting, check out @ryjewers (yes really, israeliteers) on tiktok.
