>high omega 3 >low mercury >not farmed >multiply like insects so they basically can't be overfished >looks better, mixes in with beans and stews better and absorbs sauces better
In east TN I can find them for 1$ per 3.75 oz can, or about 4.25$ per pound, which is damn good for such a high quality pre-cooked meat source. Only downside is that I have to get them from a plastic lined can.
wtf I hate it.. it's hot garbage compared to tuna in olive oil.. the taste is bad and it gave me stomech ache and I felt hot all over my body, never buying this worm ridden garbage again
If it had a spine, then it walked on land.
I have always felt uneasy around salmon, and this pic now explains why.
I believe salmon were bipedal with slightly human faces.
This is a disgusting thing to eat and I will never do so.

Sardines and herring are better in my opinion. They also have way less toxic shit like mercury in them. If you're gonna eat canned fish on a regular basis, I would go for those. Salmon is far better than Tuna, but still can be toxic if eaten regularly (from a can)
I'm so tired of hearing about fish mercury. This is fake news from the fake news israelites who don't want you to eat fish because it's actually good for you unlike 99% of things you can buy in stores. Name one person who has ever been harmed by eating any amount of fish every day, because fish is a staple of mine and many other people's diets and we're all fine. "MUH FISH MERCURY!" is on the same tier of moronic GP doctor science as "MUH DIETARY CHOLESTEROL!"
about the same level as the salmonella in eggs, I reckon. 99.9999% of fresh raw eggs aren't gonna poison you, but it happened once or twice so now they screech about it
there was a guy who made crazy cooking videos on youtube called masaokis or something like that who got mercury poisoning from eating several cans of tuna daily
>giving yourself intestinal worms to own the sailors
Farm raised salmon don't have nematode parasites like wild caught. If you get a farm raised salmon that has been frozen for 7 days it is 100% safe to eat raw. You are probably just low T and omega 3 deficient
Farmed salmon has nearly no 03 due to being feed fricking dioxin ridden Baltic fish and unironix basedbeans as a cheap protein. Farmed dish is trash tier.
>high omega 3 >low mercury >not farmed >multiply like insects so they basically can't be overfished >looks better, mixes in with beans and stews better and absorbs sauces better
I wish I could stand the taste of fish. It doesn't make any sense, my ancestors ate the frick out of it.
Maybe I just need to be starving. I'll try eating some salmon or a tuna steak after a week long fast.
It's all meant to be cooked like tuna. If you take one of the bones you can easily crush them with your fingers. They're super soft and nutrients dense. I made some mean salmon patties last night.
a list of slightly uncommon sea animals I've eaten >sea cucumber >jellyfish >worms >those shell looking things that anchor themselves to rocks >seahorse >starfish >sunfish >canned whale (expired) >that icelandic fish (rotten) >sea urchins
I'm forgetting a bunch of stuff but yeah my point is that seafood is based
Tbh canned salmon is god tier compared to tuna, I have only tried it once because is way more expensive, but its amazing
I buy the store brand and its not too expensive. It literally says on the can packed by trident company that makes the expensive cans
you're missing out
>high omega 3
>low mercury
>not farmed
>multiply like insects so they basically can't be overfished
>looks better, mixes in with beans and stews better and absorbs sauces better
They're so fricking expensive though

Mix it with bread crumbs and eggs make it into a patty and grill it.

Tuna fricking sucks it's literally the worse fish ever, it's always dry as frick and full of mercury.
If it had a spine, then it walked on land.

as far as i know all fish have spines
Eating the spine is the best part
virtually every meat has a spinee you fricking moron
Unless you only eat bugs kek
I would eat people if they were tasty
Salmon is good but sardines are master race
It's the fricking best, salmon fillets are kino
it sounds god but looks like something to post for triggering troons
It worked

mercury hazard jist applies to tuna, moron
No it doesn't, moron. There is no mercury hazard.

Just buy salmon filets and eat that shit. Big Sushi don't want you to know you can just eat the grocery store salmon raw.
>giving yourself intestinal worms to own the sailors
Nice anon...

holy goyslop, you should have a nice day
Farmed salmon has nearly no 03 due to being feed fricking dioxin ridden Baltic fish and unironix basedbeans as a cheap protein. Farmed dish is trash tier.
what about canned eel?
What is your problem with gender affirming care?
Reminder to never ever eat farmed salmon or farmed fish in general
I wish I could stand the taste of fish. It doesn't make any sense, my ancestors ate the frick out of it.

I eat that shit with garlic powder, butter, lemon, and black pepper it's god tier.
>that color
>that texture
frick me bros, do people really eat that shit? Is that really considered "salmon" where you are from?
The bones and skin in cheap canned salmon are too much of a pain to pick out.
Give me a filet any day.
>not eating the bones and skin

You took that pic from trans horror stories.

Anon, you must be mistaken. That is, in fact, a can of scorn.
