Here is the honest truth. If this is you in the picture there is no way you can do it in 2 weeks. But I do believe you can do it in a healthy way in 6-8 weeks. Eat in a mild deficit while still getting your protein in and train your core 3-4 times a week doing 3 sets to failure of one movement each time. Frick isometrics, do dynamic exercises and use a mat if you do floorwork to avoid fricking up your coccyx. It takes time but I reckon you can do it in two months if you have discipline. >t. I have been rolling a minimum of 24's and a max of 7 days, I lost 5.5 inches off my waist thus far but still don't have abs at a 34.5 inch, depending on your body fat level at least.
If you are the c**t who posted body, maybe you can get a bit, but it won't be much, even strict fasting straight for weeks is still slow, people forget it takes months to just lose fat at a good pace on calorie restriction, making it as fast as possible will simply end up leaving you with 3 months plus of working to get there. Fat cells exist to keep you alive, not make you look good after all.
abs is definitely helpful if you go fast, but if you don’t already already have abs it’s probably going to be impossible to retrofit it to your brakes.
