    Recomp on test. No need to use half a gram, TRT doses (100-150mg) or small cycle dosages of like 200-250mg.

    T. Doing that right now also look like the left. But in all fairness I had the size of right when I stopped lifting years ago naturally (not as cut but close) so it’s sorta muscle memory+newbie gains+test+knowing what to do/how to eat from start

    this is 8-10 month cut minimum and it's not easy. it's not oh i have plenty of time im just kinda winging it type of cut. if you start today and you do not have a single cheat day you might make it by summer. im not even trolling,

    yeah you need to obviously lift too but that physique screams low bodyfat, that is the biggest difference maker.

    Ignore these brainlets telling you to hop on drugs. Horrible advice. Do a bodybuilding program, don't fall for lifting memes like starting strength and ICF, track your food intake to make sure you're in a calorie deficit to cut body fat, get in enough protein, don't fall for diet memes like keto or veganism or the anabolic diet, and just put in 100% effort. It's a few years of commitment to the gym but you'll be healthy, strong, and look great as long as you keep pushing and doing things intelligently
