    Overall pretty good. Thinking of going for losing twenty so I can then lock in a bulk and cut cycle of 85->90->85->90 etc etc.

    Is 5k a proper range for bulking&cutting? Should it be bigger or smaller? Would gladly hear from someone that has their shit together in this department.

    Should I cut and bulk at the same speed or go slower on the bulk (for example: 1000 cal cutting deficient vs 500 cal surplus when bulking)?
