    Me too. I've been doing weighted dips once a week. Noticed immediately it helped me break a plateau. Dips just hit my chest, shoulders and triceps in a way that no other pressing movement does.
    Chest and front delts gets stretched. Triceps get over loaded. Traps and side delts are used as stabilizers. Serratus and abs fire like crazy. Dips just feel great. Truly the squat of the upper body.
