frick your shitty body and your baby

Based. Have very similar physique, also have children. Seethe and cope lonely childless gremlins

The further redpill is that if you push your physique past this into bodybuilder territory, women literally don't care or find it attractive, and literally the only people who are into it are gay guys. That's got to be the funniest irony about this board--- it's populated by lonely incels who want to get absolutely hulking so they can finally be noticed by Stacies, but they will literally only attract gay guys. They are so off the mark with their estimate of who is into a bodybuilder, it's like they're stuck in the 70s and 80s and think women want an arnold Schwarzenegger action hero. It's literally just gay guys who are into this.

Being a bodybuilder is like owning a motorcycle.... you think it will be the ultimate chick magnet but at the end of the day it's only men who turn their heads as you go by. It's only men who are gonna compliment your well-built quads popping out of your ultra-short gym shorts

what's actually attractive to women is a moderately good looking guy who has a warm vibrant personality, emotionally intelligent enough to listen well and communicate, lots of interests, a healthy social circle with plenty of friends where he is well-liked, and bonus if he has a good job with good money. It's wild to watch people on this site go so far overboard with growing muscles and thinking it will improve all their problems with their personality, social skills, emotional intelligence, and generally ability to interact with women

I used to be more of a mass monster and I didn't really do it for chicks. Chicks don't give a shit, you just have to be lean for the most part. It was just fun to watch the numbers go up.

        Anonymous

Yeah. Every time I go out now I see these bodybuilding guys and I just assume they're gay at first. Gay guys have always looked and dressed and even acted like that. The younger generations are so lost and the older men in their life didn't teach them shit so they are overcompensating. They still don't get it when it comes to this. Just don't be a bodybuilder if you are heterosexual.

this is only true for roidhead coleman level freaks

Ottermode is probably ideal, yet ottermode is DYEL in a shirt. So if you can be lean but look decently big in a shirt, that is the ideal.

Yeah, for the video I had to really slow down while approaching the bar to make sure we were both on opposite sides. The hardest set of pullups I've ever had to do. The focus and control, I didn't even drop too fast either, didn't want to hurt him.

Definitely sticking to the weighted vest.

OP here, I'm glad to see another fit dad, but baby carrying is unironically feminine and you shouldn't be doing it. You kid needs to see clear gender roles between you and it's mother. You should absolutely be active in your baby's life, but feeding, carrying, general nurturing is a woman role.

Read this e book, it's a must read for all wannabe fit parents who don't want dysgenic kids https://wiki.chadnet.org/archive-of-viriculture

Meh. My wife spends 99% of the time with him. I barely get to see my own kid. I don't care what some autist's manifesto says. If I got free time, I will spend it with my son.

To each their own, but personally, I wouldn't take pride in not holding my kid.

I'm sure that's it. Well my dad divorced my mom and fathered two more kids with another woman then divorced him too.

                And I'm here.

                So I don't see a direct correlation.

I obviously hold my son, but me taking him for his first swim in the lake(exploring) is a lot different than you wearing him around the house(nurturing). Let me guess, your wife also wants you to bottle feed him to "help" her

              Anonymous

No. He's exclusively breastfed and we started solids not long ago, but I've only fed him once. Not that I take pride in that mind you, I'm in uni full time and work nights full time, so I am not there for feeding time. Which I regret. There's a finite amount of time of them being so small, why would I shove him aside to be "stoic" or some shit? They're not even gonna have memories until they're 3-4 years old, they won't remember this shit. You're missing out on cherishes moments with your baby. At least that's how I feel.

Also, I feel like not holding and nurturing your son as a father will make him seek this kind of fatherly love from an older man elsewhere as he gets older and your boy might get groomed by a homosexual.

              You're playing with fire.

You're welcome. Reading this book before impregnating my wife is what caused me to have an extremely strong and sharp baby, and a very healthy wife who had an extremely easy natural birth and recovery. Also consider reading Nutrition and Physical Degeneration by Weston Price
