        55 is the bar plus 5s on each side.
        You have muscular atrophy. If you were a kid that ran around and did sport you should be able to bench at least half your weight comfortably.
        Listen, forget the gym, forget the bulk, you need to do calisthenics activities several times a day to build your natural musculature from zero.
        Start 1-5 sets of 10 burpees spread throughout the day.
        Start going for a walk every day, 15-30 mins.
        Find some kind of a sport you can do regularly in your vescinity.
        When you are in atrophy your priority is keeping up a habit and slow development.
        Don't bulk, learn to eat healthy.
