for lifting it doesn’t matter what program you do anywhere near as much as that you actually do your program. but since beginners never listen to this advice do GZCLP because it’s simple, works on strength and size, has an even distribution between upper and lower body and teaches you the major compound movements. Also do cardio you fricking homosexual
this is technically true but if you’re a fat frick and then lose a ton of weight without exercising you will still look fat. you can’t really go back to being a skelly once you’ve been obese. you’ll still look like an amorphous blob, just a smaller amorphous blob
This attitude will likely fade as quickly as it has come on. You do not understand how much long, consistent effort it takes to get in shape, you can't and shouldn't lose 70 kilos by Jan 8th. Its good to have goals with deadlines but they need to be realistic.
This whole all in approach is not going to be as effective as you think, and you have a lot of learning to do if you want to succeed. We can't give you all of the answers, you have to figure a lot of it out on your own. Sure, you just need to exercise and eat better, but how? How do you adopt these changes in to your lifestyle in a way that is sustainable for you personally? Start small, adopt more changes to your life as you go. Id recommend starting with 30 min walks every day.

Yeah, none of those are happening. You're gonna lose 70kg over the course of the next 3 years or so. Just eat whole foods while in a caloric deficit. Workout 4-6 times a week, find a gym with a trainer to guide you trough the processes.
