        Just use something attentiongrabbing without using lustprovoking.
        You can simply use a woman's face, not her ass.
        Or something bright with lots of colours.

        gonna TLDR because I sympathise:
        >do not run on concrete or hard flat surfaces
        >get running shoes, this is a good investment because every penny you spend on these means 1 less crack in your bones in your legs
        >run in the forest, park, up and down hills, anything but supersolid stuff like rock or concrete

          Thank you for any advice that a two year old can follow (wtf is a GONAD??)

          I run with Nikes on at my boxing gym. They have us run in concrete. I should also mention that my form is kinda fricked

        I assume it's for fat loss.
        Twice a day, 15-30 minutes (progress as you go). Less prone to injury, burns the same amount of fat, builds less muscle or endurance, conpared to just doing it in one go.
        Keep your gait short (as a second lang, I assume it is the distance between your steps), and your pace quick. Try to run with midfoot-to-forefoot strikes, but with proper shoes, any kind is acceptable.
        Run on dirt or rubber tracks to not frick up joints, if you are over 90 kg(or 200lbs).
        Breathe in through nose, breathe out through mouth.

        Start with 10 lbs and add 5 or 10 lbs every time you adjust to the weight.
