I actually love tea, but I don't normally drink it cold. Are the ones you listed good cold or should I find something else?
Also what's wrong with metal cans?

what about those mio or whatever water mixes that use caffeine and have flavor

Wtf why would they line the can like that
Some sort of water mix would be perfect, but I haven't seen one that looks good. Most I've seen either are just electrolytes or have lots of sugar.

Buy a cheap preworkout. Cheaper per serving. C4 is like 10 bucks for 25ish servings

Red Bull tastes good, but is grossly overpriced and has barely more caffiene than a cup of coffee.
My energy drink of choice is Monster Low Carb (blue version). It's only 20 calories and tastes way better than the white zero sugar ones.
Pic related is also cheap and tastes okay, but has 300mg of caffeine which is a bit excessive.
The cheapest brand that still tastes good is Rip It (only $1.25 here), but I've never seen a zero sugar version and they sometimes make my stomach feel uneasy.

The fricking israelites in my country stopped allowing big cans of energy drinks at supermarkets so now they sell the 250ml for the same price.

Matcha tea, improved Japanese form of green tea. Loaded with vit A&C, and has L-theaine for reducing jitters. Caffeine is a poison anyway, stop using it

Cold brew coffee. Easy as shit at the start - just put grounds in a french press, pour cold water in, stir, leave in fridge for 8+ hours and strain. You can try more complicated brews later and

is a good place to start but take these guys with a grain of salt because they will insist that you absolutely need a $500 manual grinder to get a half-decent coffee.
