Put yourself into intentionally dangerous situations. One is when you're benching, let the bar just go down onto you, on the top of the chest and sit there, unable to move it unless you roll it off or tilt it. If it's a lower weight then you could put it on the neck and have to roll it onto the chest, from there having to tilt it off as before but with that extra difficulty
