      Too relatable for me rn with OP picrel. If you guys think arguing with a latina or white girl is bad, try with a black girl. In short it’s a very strong conviction of “nah frick that I’m right and you’re wrong and I’m gonna expect you to apologize for it” *leaves her* then “you’re a bad person I can’t believe you left me” in a short watered down form

    Put yourself into intentionally dangerous situations. One is when you're benching, let the bar just go down onto you, on the top of the chest and sit there, unable to move it unless you roll it off or tilt it. If it's a lower weight then you could put it on the neck and have to roll it onto the chest, from there having to tilt it off as before but with that extra difficulty

    Sauna. If you can do 1 hour in 110C (230F) without preparation you’ve got real resiliency and mental toughness. If you can’t do half an hour, you’re fully b***h made.
