I need help loosing weight, I feel it's impossible

Im 27 yo, im 168 cm ( 5.5 feet tall) height, and i weight 160 Kg ( 352 lbs).
I tried many diets for many years.
I had a dietitian for a year (this year) and I succeed in stoping with some of my worst habbits, such as:
Eating big and empty meals ( lots of carbs), fasting all day and binge at night, not eating regularly every 3 hours, eating while watching tv and most important to me eating super fast.

Now im at a point where I did not gain any weight this whole year, but haven't been losing some either.
So I decided to take everything I learned this year and follow a diffrent course.
Count calories and do workouts.

Thing is.. I hate workout! Like hate it!!!
(I only like swimming)..

Any tips or something ?

This is support, we're more than happy to tell your fat ass to eat less, because that will lead to success. Support isn't blowing smoke up your ass about how hard it is. I went from packing on the pounds, 5'5 myself, and turned it around to stable weight, then brought it down slowly as I improved my eating habits.

You can do it, but whining that its hard won't make it any easier. Put the fork down and stop fucking up with every bite, and you'll make it. The hardest part is in your head - no matter how hungry you feel, that's just conditioning, habit, yer brain demanding more because it knows it can get it. Gotta put that foot down, say no.

Start eating less, and you'll find it hard to eat as much as you used to. I went from packing away a bowl of ramen with extra noodles, extra pork, extra egg, and extra corn, with Gyoza, karaage, and a beer, to "I can do a regular bowl and a beer if I'm really hungry". If I could do it, you can to. Proper nutrition helps, but all the macro's and lean chicken in the world won't help if you're eating two pounds of it every meal.

So yes, put down the fork. Counting calories is effective, but don't let it become a game of "So I can eat X" instead of actually asking yourself "Do I need to eat X".

Thanks for the inspiration and motivation.

I better clear somethink to everyone.
Im from Israel, I see doctors, i am treated for Hypertension, I have no hormonal imbalanced, I have a weekly appointment with a dietician, I work a year on getting rid of my bad habits.
I drink water... I actually love salads, I eat fresh, I almost don't eat process food.
I'm used to really big meals while today I eat very small portions.

Btw to all of you who says:
          >eat 800 calories
Thats starvation and un healthy, there are healthier ways to lose weight.
          >stop eating
Even if you mean stop eating much, for someone like me to do that they need a lot of scaled-down plan for that, or they'll just be hungry all the time and fail the diet.

Also I decided on eating around 2200 calories a day ( mostly from vegetables and protein)..
Is it low enough for me to be able to maintain it while also lose weight?

          You're fat af
You need a lot of calories to maintain your current size.
If you cut your calories too drastically you'll crash, burn, then rebound.
1st start with a modest deficit. Typically 600 calories then as you lose weight slowly decrease it.

This is terrible advice. You eat at the level you want to be, if you want to be 170 lbs then eat at the level people who are 170 lbs. It’s all energy in and energy out, thinking he’ll rebound is unfounded projection. All he has to do is continue eating at the deficiency.

I'd say you would need to eat 1700-2200 cals per day to lose weight. anything more and you'll be eating at maintenance or at such a low deficit you would take years to lose considerable weight.

eat foods high in protein and fiber. Exercise is good but you don't need to have a nice day with it. Just keep up moderate exercise and swim try to lift weights if you can, since weight training has shown to encourage fat burn. You're going to feel hungry for the first few weeks until your stomach adjusts. it also helps to eat at the same time every day. if you have access to nutritionists and dietitians use them.

      >2200 calories a day
Dude I force myself to eat 2200 calories a day when I’m bulking, how the fuck do you eat so much naturally? Cut to at least 1800. 1500 would be even better.

You wanna eat a lot less than 2200 for weight loss, especially if you're not doing exercise.
I'd say aim for 1500 and try to do OMAD but with LIGHT snacking around midday, like lots of celery or other generally healthy stuff.
Also drop soda and sweet sugar foods, don't even buy them or look at them while at the store. In fact, est before you go grocery shopping so you don't buy based off your hunger.

Try Zeno’s diet: every time you sit down to eat, before you eat anything get up and take half the food on your plate and throw it away. Now, right before you sit down take half of what remains and throw that away, and repeat.

my advice would be to start a fasting regimen. you're too fucking fat to do any meaningful exercise right now, but you need to lose weight. do cardio, like 30mins - 1hr a day of light walking, drop the fucking carbs, and do OMAD to start, then push yourself to reach 48hr fasts twice a week. if you do that for six months, you'll shed a lot of fat. once you lose weight you can focus on exercise if you want, it's shouldn't really be your focus at this point.

OP can you describe your home environment for us?
Do you live alone? With a woman? Family? Other men? Pets? Describe the people you are surrounded by.
Do you walk outside and see old women and children?
Is your body EVER exposed to a high test environment?
Prisoners don't get jacked because they hit their macros in the cafeteria. They get jacked because the male body realizes it needs to adapt or die.
I think the best thing for your health is move into a basement with a bunch of buff sweaty immigrants that don't speak english.

Have you tried going to a doctor? Hormonal imbalanced are pretty rare but happen.
'Couse if you're always in a caloric deficit you should lose weight.
Either your calculations are wrong or you are lying.
You could fast for 30 days but if you haven't done it properly before you could seriously hurt yourself.

Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym

Diet is easy, it is simply calories in calories out.

You could eat 1200 calories a day of twinkies and lose weight. Every day you indulge or binge is another 2-3 days of clean eating. Consider your extreme dieting a prison sentence and think about tacking on extra time every time you want to give in. It’s doable, it’s winable, but it’ll take time. Don’t expect shit to happen overnight, you have like 1-2 years of calorie restriction ahead of you.

The first few weeks are the hardest and once you get in a routine it’s easier.

      Anonymous

That's half correct. You definitely need to cut weight in order for your abs to show, but at the same time, your abs also need some mass in order to be prominent. When I cut for the first time long ago, I kept cutting and cutting wondering when my abs would finally pop out only to realise that I barely had any ab muscle hidden under the fat.
