One of my vertebrae is literally off center and I've lived like this for 10+ years. Nothing wrong with me. You're probably fine

Go to a Chiropractor. MD's can't do anything that doesn't involve drugs or surgery.

Pseudoscientific field with a <1% chance of a carotic aneurysm.
MDs can refer to physical therapists.
They can't wake you up with eggs and bacon every morning because you have fricked up joints.

Muscle energy technique is a technique many physical therapists use to set your bones in the right spot. Instead of manual manipulation, they use your muscles to do it, but it's the same thing as what a chiro does.

Just like a surgeon removed a woman's kidney thinking it was a tumor, there are also shitty chiros that don't know what they're doing, it doesn't mean all chiros are like that and many can help at a fraction of the cost of a physio / surgeon.

it looks fine, in regards to bone shit, you'd be getting radiculopathy, if you're getting neck pain, just do some stretches and massage. Google message near me and get a 10-15 minute neck massage for $20

I guess look foor physician protocols or literature studies to see what xray signs are clinically relevant. Xrays and CT or MRI scans are often not aligned with the patient experience.
People with knee arthrosis and fricked up photos can run 5k every morning and vice versa.

    Good luck

I have the same problem, my upper back got blocked some months ago, I've done some kinesitherapy and I stretch regularly, the pain is slowly going down

I'm a consultant physio and that x-ray doesn't show anything.
The 'curve' doesn't necessarily correlate with the pain. It's more than likely you have a slight curve due to some muscle weakness or alignment issues.

Imaging is important for ensuring there isn't serious pathology such as fractures and tumors but loss of joint space/ disc degeneration and even visible arthritis don't always correlate with pain or loss of function.

I'm 38 and if you did a full body scan you'd probably find theres disc herniation, osteophytes, some curvature of the spine and various other 'abnormalities'. I have no issues with pain or movement though

    Stop having x-rays.
