I Need your guidance?

I'm just turned 21 years old.
I am 6'5" tall and weigh somewhere around 330 pounds.
What should I do to get the body on the right picrel?
I am aware that it is practically impossible to achieve this without the use of roids or surgery, but I have a 51% body mass without ever working out for longer than a week.
My physical makeup is similar to that of the gentleman to the left.
I simply desire tight abs and a narrow waist.
What diet and exercise routine should I follow?
Should I concentrate more on cardio than lifting?
I don't mind starving myself also
In roughly 2.5 years, I will graduate from college.
I want to lead a bachelor's lifestyle after graduating because I'm tired of being a fat weeb. Please help me get in shape, bros.

I was 6'5" and 350 at age 41. Much older and fatter than you. You dont need advice, you need education.

Learn about diet and nutrition: caloires in, calories out; macro nutrients; micronutrients; s; protein needs; vitamin and mineral needs; food quality issues.
    quali

Learn how to cook real food for yourself.

Then Educate yourself on the various diets: keto; paleo; vegan; vegetarian; lacto-ovo vegetarian; the zone diet; fruitarian; carnivore; the cabbage soup diet; the cooke diet. Learn what the benefots and detriments of each are - what are the shortcomings and strenghts.

Learn how to lift. I recommend buying the Starting Strength book and doing the novice linear progression program as your sole form of exercise until you lose 100 pounds. if You fricking MUST you can go for walks outside 2-3 days per week.

Learn about the value and necessity of sleep and sunlight.

Commit to a year long process.

    I was 6'5% and 350 cont...

If youre looking for someone to just tell you what to do: do a strict whole foods based (i.e. no commerically made/sold pre-packaged meme foods) keto diet with abundant meat. Dont eat keto like a fricking pig - you still need a modest caloric deficit, although that will be more improtant at the end than the beginning. Read the SS book and do the fricking program as written (NOT the dietary recommendations on the interwebs) and commit to losing 100 pounds in one year.

Thats exactly what I did and its how I kept the weight off for ten years and it why I now have fricking abs.

But you really should educate yourself on all the points I mentioned or else YNGMI/

The answer to this is always the same. Eat and lift weights. That's it.

Oof at 6'6 it's rough my guy, it will take like 5 years to achieve that body, it's like your natty limit. Don't be discouraged tho, when you look that bad you can make massime improvements with minimal effort. Get on a diet as soon as possible (you can start by removing all fast food, soda etc.) and go to a gym, read the sticky if you need some pointers, take a picture of yourself once a week and record your weight to keep yoursel accauntable and motivated by seeing the progress in real time. The good thing is the process is easy: lift, eat less and rest, good luck brother, I believe in you.

Start swimming. Preferably in an Olympic pool but 25M is fine. Get in there at least 3x per week and spend like an hour doing lap after lap after lap. Buy some waterproof earbuds if that helps you. Don't even worry about pace at first, just focus more on spending as little time as possible resting on the wall. After a few minutes it will become mindless work, which is good.
    >Swim Mon/Wed/Fri for 1 hr
    >Full body routine for 1.5 hr on Tue/Thu
Rest on weekends but stay active. Try to walk 10K steps if you're not doing anything on a Saturday/Sunday. You can get 5K+ steps in at a mall just browsing for an hour.

You were blessed with a 6'5 body and you couldn't even avoid stuffing your face every fricking day of your life. Even that was too hard.

What a worthless piece of shit.

I was your height and weight at the same age, I'm 230 now, didnt do anything special just steadily lost weight over the course of a few years by eating better (less) and exercising more. However, to get to pic right is a lot of work and even harder when your brain is hardwired to get dopamine from overeating.

I want to help you so bad dude, please read this entire post carefully. You are 6'5", you have insane potential. It's good that you want to get fit, but just wanting it is by far these easiest part. Everyone wants to get fit, the hard part is committing to a long term plan and set of rules. For example:
    >I don't mind starving myself also
Saying this is one thing, actually following through is another. Are you going to have the discipline to keep yourself from shoving Hostess cakes in you mouth when you inevitably get hungry? It takes real effort to keep yourself from falling back on your old habits. Also, just as a side note, don't starve yourself or fast. That almost always results in binge eating.

Here's are the simplest advice I can give you in 2 main points:
    >Start by lowering your daily intake to 2100-2200 calories a day of GOOD food.
This means real food: dairy, fruit, vegetables, meat, bread. No processed shit. No soda. Limit your refined sugar intake as much as possible. Also don't try to follow some niche diet because you think it's a fast track to your goal, if you want to do that save it for further down the road.
    >MOST IMPORTANTLY: GO TO YOUR UNIVERSITY GYM
I AM TYPING IN CAPS BECAUSE I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH: If the thought of being embarrassed by going to the gym ever crosses your mind, just remember that in 2.5 years you will graduate. You will never see a single person who saw you at the gym ever again. Do not miss out on this opportunity, you will never have it again. I'm speaking from experience here, I was too much of a pussy to ever go to my university's brand new training facility because I thought people would make fun of me. I will never get those 4 years of wasted training back. Don't be like me, please.

Please stick to it man. Just remember what I said at the start of my post: you have insane potential being 6'5". Don't squander it. Good luck, I really mean it.

its good to have a goal, but they need to be tiered, or else youll give up after some months of no progress. go to fit archives and look through the fasting threads. if you stay hydrated with electrolytes then its possible to fast for incredible amounts of time and shed weight very quickly. you need to have short term goals, medium, and so on. be realistic. do some actual fricking research

anecdotally, I was 6’5 and 270 when I was 16 and lost 70 pounds in a summer doing two brutally hilly 2 mile runs a day and only drinking water and doing OMAD and only eating bowls of peanuts outside of the meal in my weird assumption that peanuts were a heathly snack lol. I went through tons of bags before I realized my diet was moronic, and actually did research. But it worked.

I was a CrossFit athlete in my 20’s I got fat when I was 30. I just started back in July. You literally just have to lift heavy weights for about 6 weeks for 2 hours a day, do about 15 mins of kettle bell swings after your lifts. Just eat a lot of protein. Be sure to stretch before and after exercise to avoid injury. Drink water through out the day. It’s been working for me so far. I have about a year to go before I get IST again good luck.
