I pigged out and ate two whole pizzas two nights ago. I took a shit and the amount that came out was a tiny fraction of what I ate.

Did all of that dough and topping I ate really go straight to my waistline? Good lord.

    Every single time I go on a binge spree, I don't eat for the next two days or I do loads of cardio the day after. 3 days ago, I had an entire case of 500mL VB beers after not eating and I didn't eat anything for 2 days afterward to balance things out.

      my favorite part about the Binge Purge cycle is that when I first had it it was a good thing and flexible dieting, but the over under-consumption leads to greater over-consumpton

      OH I ate 3,000 calories over my tdee? tee hee just cut 500 from the other days or do 2 90 minute cardios. OOPS, I just binge ate 5k this time.

      It turned into me taking ECA stacks and doing 5 hours bike rides then coming home and eating 20k cals in a sitting and passing out from the pain. I did this for the last 6 months and then I got furious the week before Christmas, quit purging, binged everyday until the 26th and then by the 5th of Jan I was fine, I dreaded eating 2800cals cuz it was so much food

      all in total I lost like 10 lbs B/P and gained 15 when I gave up over 2 weeks. But I'm fine now, I just uhm.... have to go on a diet 🙂

        not OP but I can stomach about 3 kilograms of food in one sitting + beverages. I weigh 153 pounds, am 5'7. Being fat is a state of mind, not weight per se.

      Domino's
      >1 medium handmade pan
      >8 pieces cheesy bread
      >12 special bbq nuggies
      >1 sandwhich/pasta
      >2 ranch dip cups
      > total : 5000 calories
      this was an OMAD btw, but OMAD is gospel gays, I'd also eat later in the day too sometimes

        I’m disgusted that I was doing this. I used to be so autistic about my food and macros and stopped caring. There was a time I was terrified to eat over 2700 calories in fear of becoming fat. And now I am. Down like 12lbs so far, but that’s only 10% of what I have to lose total.

    yes, it is in your stomach, face, and thighs. a 500 cal deficit for the next 2 weeks is what it will take to make up for that.
