      Drank 2 scoops (recommended amount) of optimum mass gainer and my stomach has never been the same since. I threw it up after too. I continued having it but only 1 scoop which was still awful but doable, but it felt like my stomach lining has permanently been fricked. 2 cups of milk + 4-5 spoons of nut butter is cheaper and way better, even easier if you're lazy.

    Lmao, steroids would be wasted on you because you don't eat. Establish a feedback loop of lift hard --> get hungry and eat a lot --> lift harder because you ate a lot or it's over for you

    steroids dont just automatically make you into a monster. yes they are magic as you will be able to reach a new territory thats otherwise unachievable but if you just start pinning test but dont eat enough or train enough you will look like this.

    Eat peanut butter. Just a frickton of it. Bulking is so easy I swear idk how people have issues with it. Theres so much food that is basically just a giant calorie bomb out there.

      I'm agreeing with this anon.
      Frickloads of peanut butter helped me out a lot.
      Toward the end of my bulk I thew it into almost every meal for extra protein.
      Pretty cheap too although it bloats me up like a bastard.

        there's this ancient remedy that the Brazilians used to have when people started developing allergies or showing signs of being unable to eat peanuts

    I drink a shake 3 times a day that’s 20oz whole milk 100g oatmeal ground into a powder and a scoop of protein. If I eat nothing else the whole day I still get around 2400 cals and over 150g of protein. I’m 6’2 215 and started at 175 under a year ago.

    Try adding calories incrementally if you cannot keep it down.
    Dressings, fatty cuts, cream, nuts,dak chocolateand juices are your friends.
