dang, that means you actually must have the cooking skill to make the chicken nice and tender so you don’t need to mask the dryness with heaps of Hispanices, huh?
    Personally I like using sage.

i dont eat chicken breasts, i buy sacks of 2kg of big chicken legs and cook 3 of them in my airfryer. the airfryer drops most of the fat but the legs are still tasty while having low ammount of fat. i season them with spaghetti seasoning, the dryed tomato and herbs are awesome with chicken

American "ethnic" food =Walmart Hispanice mix on watered down chicken. No fresh ingredients in sight.

I have seen the "food" "black" (more like beige) americans make, and it's fucking disgusting. Literal slop. If I fed american food to a pig in my country I would be arrested for animal abuse.

I only use salt or seasoning salt for the skin. Some people like a huge sauce bath that makes it look like puke but I am not one of those. I also don't buy pre sliced pieces like a yoga mom consoomer, I buy a whole chicken and roast it. Hudderites sell the best quality fowl at the best prices.
