Yes but you can reduce it with a few factors and eventually get it back to normal.
1 dermaroll regularly (look it up and do it properly)
2 take supplements like msm and collagen that firm and tighten the skin
3 don't partake in things that destroy elasticity of the skin like smoking and junk foods
    4 eat a good diet.
5 water fast, dry fast, intermittently fast, etc
6 also apply lotions and creams to the skin to feed it and keep it from drying out
7 use soap that isn't harsh like grey soap for example

probably not, maybe if you've old, or if you've been this fat for many years. even if you do end up with some loose skin, it's most likely not going to be severe. you're not gonna have flaps from dropping 30% body weight so just chill and lose weight fatty.

I went from 120kg to 80kg a few years back. Main tips:

      1. Slow and steady is key
      2. Lift
      3. Drink more water buddy
      4. Get some sun, dont overdo it tho
      5. Eat healthy fats
      6. Eat more carrots
      7. Bio - oil

moronic memes that have nothing to do with loose skin

        It worked for me

nta but what is your height, those weights are very different for someone at 6ft compared to 5'7. I'm 108kg at 6ft right now and not sure what my target weight should be.

        Im 6'1.

you wouldn't have had loose skin regardless of all the meme creams

Wrong guy. I am the one who recommended keeping the skin moisturized. The guy you're replying to wrote the other post.

I put bio-oil last and its the only one on the list. Its mainly for stretch marks too, rest of list is legit homosexual

well you're both moronic. it's well understood that all of these methods do frickall to prevent loose skin. especially >lose weight slowly is broscience

Fasting worked for me. I've seen dermarolling work for others and wtf Black person good diet and not smoking obviously improve skin elasticity.
                >broscience
Duck my sick Black person the last 3 years of covid noncesense showed science and scientists are an even bigger fricking meme than ever thought possible.

Do u have saggy skin bro?
      Du u think i will?

My arms and legs and basically every part of my body adjusted real good. The trouble area is the belly, where I still have too much fat and too much skin. But it seems to adjust nicely up until now. Im going to do this one extra slow, as my worst fear is hanging flaps there. I just feel instinctively I should not rush things and allow my skin adjust accordingly.

There are no guarantees bro but if you try to rush things it will almost certainly lead to hanging skin flaps

Read https://weight-loss-side-effects.netlify.app/ . I wrote that, it should address what you are scared of pretty well.
Do the things in there to mitigate risks. You may have some loose skin, you have none, no way to know for sure yet. For what it's worth I went from 108 to 75 kgs and had almost no loose skin, and it got even better over the next 2 years.
Either way you will look better with that very slight sagging than you do right now. 106 at 5'8 is rough man. I was 108 at 6' and I looked and felt horrible. But know that there is hope.

You're welcome. There's something fricky going on with the links on that site, I think they are shifted by 1 or 2 or something. I've got some shit to do at the moment so it may take a bit until I fix it, just know that if you want a source, the linked ones are shifted for some reason.

    keep your skin hyper moisturized
spread coconut oil on your skin + a quality body moisturizer
don't lose weight by fasting or being stupid, lift and do plenty of cardio
    your skin will be fine

you're just gonna gain it back
you either lose weight through changing your lifestyle (get off your ass) or you don't lose weight at all
it's extremely healthy for your body to lose fat as you work out and continue eating good... we have fat for that very reason

matter of time unless you made legit efforts in normal eating
most people who lose weight through fasting / extremes gain it all back once life throws something unexpected or unpleasant at them

No. I went from 96kg to 68kg in 9 months, at some points 1kg a week, and do not have loose skin.
I have some white stretch marks on my ass which are fading over a long time though.
Being less fat will always be the better choice.

129kg to 86kg here. Did mma 5x a week for 6 months and mainly ate meats & fish. Avoid pork, that was my biggest mistake. 100g of roast pork is like 500 calories
