          I get in bed with 8 hours remaining before I need to wake up, and I think I normally fall asleep within 30 minutes. I use nyquil to knock myself out.

    Day ~135 here. There's been periods where my sex drive has felt low. Keep in mind you only feel like you've got a high sex drive with porn. But the last few weeks it's been really high.     Alright IST, I thought about it and realized that I can still easily get an erection when viewing porn, so the problem is most likely just porn frying my dopamine receptors and not masturbation itself ruining my dick. Obviously I'm going to try to not jerk off still, but I think the main thing is I need to stop viewing porn for a very long time (I wasn't viewing porn while doing this nofap though, to be clear).
