It’s not a sarm, but the increase in growth hormone is good for your skin. And hair

Still worrying about acne at 30 as a man is a sign of a small bussy. The SARM helps with bussy enlargement.

Accutane to more than 2 months to work because the first few months you purge the gunk out.
Btw I don’t recommend accutane because although it does work, it didn’t cure mine (it made it better though) I would probably need two cycles to cure it. But the mental side effects and the intensely itchy dry skin made me choose not to do it again. And yes I followed all of the correct protocols

you have some kind of skin condition, my little brother has the same. it never really goes away. Although it got better once he started changing his pillow sheets daily. you will need some medication though.

Not a single useful piece of advice in this entire thread. Not one.
    I will tell you.
Don't eat any meat for one week and see if it goes away. It did for me.
Now all I eat is dairy, eggs and beans and I'm acne free. As soon as I eat meat it comes back.

It’s different for everybody anon. Each piece of advice has its worth.

My advice is increase water intake, simply make sure you are taking a full spectrum multi and fish oil to increase absorption, and wash face gently twice a day.
All The products and masks and pills are really just a gamble, they can or can’t work, and sometimes they will make it worse.
As for moisturizing your face, don’t use anything comedogenic (look into comedogenic rating). Hemp seed oil works best (use at night before bed and face is baby soft after washing in the morning. Vitamin E in it will help with the acne and hyperpigmentation)

None of these things can cause acne. You're telling people to rub butter on their feet to cure acne.
Just stop eating meat for a week and watch your acne "magically" disappear.

It’s not meat that’s bad, it’s CAFO meat full of injected hormones. I can eat a pound of organic grass fed beef a day and never have issues, but if I try the same with goyslop Frankenbeef, I get horrible acne

Having shitty skin genetics must fricking suck, I can't imagine spending to much time and money on trying to not have pustulant sores on your skin

Just get on accutane. It’s a legit life hack. I took it at 16, still never get acne or oily skin at 30. Never had any side effects either.

Side effects of accutane include lifelong ED and permanent alteration of hormone profile.

Go to your local dermatologist and talk to them about Isotretinoin. Do not get Accutane - it’s name brand and more expensive.
Also while you’re there, get your moles checked out.

    What's your diet?
    What's your skin type?
    Skin care routine?
    Drinking enough water?
    Stress in life?
There are many factors in life that contribute on how your skin looks like, so I just can't tell you anything without knowing what the frick you've been doing anon. But personally I wouldn't reccomend going to a dermatologist. They either give you some useless cream or acctuane, which infact can help but has some ugly side effects.
Stick to a good skin care routine but before you buy the products, first find out what kinda skin type you have before you buy the wrong thing and get even worse acne.
Don't have to tell you about diet, but eating healthy is like a lifesave for good skin and can improve it by a long shot.
Use sunscreen reguarly, drink only water yadda yadda.
Been also using Zinc recently and it has improve my Skin a bit.

I'm about the same age and I only get acne after I shave due to sensitive skin. I rarely shave now and just maintain stubble with a trimmer.
