Bb incline 4x8
Bb OHP 4x8
Then I’d do the same thing with dbs and then the same thing again on machines, and at the end I’d do front, side, and rear delts, and then I’d do whatever 3 tricep exercises I felt like doing >pull
Deadlifts 1 set of whatever I felt like doing
Bb rows 4x8
T bar rows 4x8
Db pullovers 4x8
Lat pulldowns 4x8
Cable pullovers 4x8
Low rows 4x8
Single arm db rows 4x8
Whatever 3 bicep exercises I felt like doing 4x8 >legs
Squats 4x8
Good mornings 4x8
Split squats 4x8
Rdls 4x8
Walking lunges 2x20
Leg press 4x8
Hack squat 4x8
Seated hamstring curls 4x8
Leg extensions 4x8
Laying hamstring curls 4x8
Whatever 3 calf exercises I felt like doing for sets of 20
After every day I’d do an hour of stair mill and 100 leg raises for abs. I’d be in the gym for hours, nowadays I’m on steroids and only spend about an hour or two in the gym
You gotta be on roids to have this much volume every week. >36 sets of chest in one day >Full shoulder afterwards >3 different tricep exercises after said 36 sets using triceps

When I was doing that PPL program I was workout out every day, my body would start getting tired after 2-4 weeks and then I’d take a rest day and start over. Also I was natural in this photo despite what everyone is saying. Here’s a recent picture, currently coming down from a bulk weighing 255lbs and aiming for 230-235ish
PPL is fine if you can train at least 5x a week, have a good sleep schedule and eat enough to recover. If any of the above are a “no” then you need a different split
