I think omad might be the strat. had a 600 calorie breakfast and I'm still not hungry. I don't think I'll be hungry for the rest of the day.

Some Asian guy did this, separating all the unutilized proteins from feces to produce a meat replica.
      Gross and inefficient.

I do OMAD, but 600 kcal is very likely way too low of a TDEE, even if you were a young girl trying to lose weight. The food selection you chose is good, but if you added some eggs and/or peanut butter, your kcals and protein values would go up to more sustainable levels without tipping the scale.

true, ended up having a bowl of cereal but that was only 160kcals

600 cals is way too low buddy.
Eat more calories. Try to get healthy fats, lots of protein and at least some carbs

yeah I did. My breakfast was some flapjacks, two eggs and like 5 to 6 oz of chicken with a tad bit of broccoli. later on I had some cereal but other than that I've been pretty good

    >eat OMAD at the breakfast buffet
    >5 plates, including rice noodles with meat (pho), omelettes, liver pate, pan-fried fish, marinated chicken breasts, ripe fruit, etc.
    >do all this at lmao $30 a night for 5-star hotel and food

      Hey buddy where you at?
I'm in Cambodia. I eat rice, veggies, and beef every day. Take over-the-counter test, and hit the gym for two hours 6 days a week. Came here weighing 155lbs, and now I'm 185 and leaner.

gotta say these meal pics aren't exactly selling your lifestyle
I'd like to see some meatier, bigger bowls of pho with at least some tendon

brother it's a buffet. The bowl comes with noodles and meat then you load it up with whatever you please.

I eat vegetables because I'm not schiophrenic

oh, you chose to sprinkle a bunch of corn on your pho
I've just never seen that at a vietnamese restaurant and it looked out of place
not saying I'm ketogenic, just corn doesn't really suit the dish
but you sure seem to be interested in schizophrenia

There's about 30 different veggies and numerous sauces they have so I like to switch it up. The cold, crunchy corn contrasts nicely to the warm, spicy broth.

Learn that being hungry doesn't mean anything, you fricking moron. If you eat 3500 calories a day, but suddenly eat 2500 calories, your body will be "hungry", because it wants that higher caloric intake that it's already experienced. This is why fat motherfrickers can eat 5k calories and still feel hungry, because they're used to 10k every day. Likewise, those who have fasted or done severe cuts will feel very full eating 1200 calories when their extended normal intake was as low as 500 calories, or zero if fasting.

The point of counting calories is knowing when to ignore the feeling of hunger. I fricking hate you morons so fricking much.

I believe the desire to eat food is to acquire nutrients much like the desire to inhale is to acquire oxygen.

    Dragon fruit yogurt

One thing I love about 'Nam is all their shit is healthy. They got kimchi, sauerkraut, fermented yogurts, fresh-pressed juices, and they don't put any of that glyphosate shit in the bread. Probiotic heaven.

There's probably nowhere else on Earth but Japan where most food is actually really good for you.
