I tried the PPL program for 2 weeks and the whole thing feels underwhelming to my muscles . Am I being scammed by redditors? I am a skeleton btw

nameeeeeee
What’s your age? How long were your sessions/ how many exercises and sets per did you do?
If you’re younger and recovery isn’t an issue and just starting out do upper/lower x3 per week.

1 hour
Exactly as the program demanded
what exactly did you do? Give me a sample of one day.
2x5, 1x5+ squat
3x8-12 Romanian Deadlift
3x8-12 leg press
3x8-12 leg curls
5x8-12 calf raises
that should be enough for twice a week on legs. On push and pull days I think the normal is 4 sets of 4-5 exercise (not including accessories). If you're not feeling burnt out enough to get to sleep or whatever consider using the time you're saving for cardio or something.
I'm in a mood for some bussy bros
I'm doing a modified reddit PPL routine with no leg days (I deadlift and squat on alternating push or pull days) and I'm making good gainz especially on my shoulders and triceps
