    None of that is true. Your body produces it's own carbs when you don't eat any. Would you rather your body be chronically under stress trying to make it's own energy or just eat some carbs, your choice. Intermittent stress is good for the body, so restrictive eating occasionally is beneficial but not chronic, constant stress by always being in ketosis and having to make your own carbs.

    my great grandmother lived to 102, went through 2 wars, starvation, stayed outside reading the bible in the sun all day in her last idk 30 years (her face was super wrinkly but that vitamin D though, I'm actually surprised she didn't get skin cancer)

    her diet was like whatever is at home, bread, chicken eggs and soup and sometimes pork, etc
