I recently turned 30. I no longer jerk off like an adolescent nor do I watch porn (I've watched some pretty messed up shit). I've started dieting last week and already losing kilos. This feeling of maturity I have is not something to be afraid of but to be embraced. I am changing as a person, I'm growing up and becoming something else, something I'm proud and happy to be.

    Don't fear becoming old.

I had that feeling when I was 25 as well. It’s because I wasn’t doing anything with life and every time I aged a year I felt the clock ticking. It wasn’t until I was 28 that I had a youthful breath of life breathed into me once I started making good money and sticking to a workout routine. Now imm32 and feel better and happier than I ever did as a 25 year old.

    Tl;dr: get your shit together

the wojak crypto meme working at mcdonalds is based in reality. When I was a restaurant wagecook the delivery people were something 30-40yo old's all addicted to gambling and casino's hoping to make it 'big' one day and buy that sport car they constantly dream about.

Hahahaha you know whats funny hahaha when you die it wont be peacefully nodding off to sleep lmao, it'll be a mentally excruciating and disorientating whirlpool of hallucinations and confusion hahaha, even if your family is around you on your deathbed you wont even recognize them cuz you'll be mentally dissolving haha, the last thing youll see is the few basic archetypal patterns you use to discern reality melting like ice cream in the summer heat haha they scream like datura banshees as they drown in the void haha

I still remember when my grandpa was brought home from the hospital and he was left in gods hands. I think he only lasted a week or two. It was cancer. But I do know there were several days where he was just bed ridden and asleep the whole time until he passed. I think I saw him a day or two before he died, one last time, he was asleep or whatever state he was in and just moaning, making sad painful sounding noises, it was something I’ve never seen before, something movies or shows would never be able to capture, you just had to see it in person for it to leave an imprint on you. It was devastating. It took comfort in knowing my family stayed close by his side the whole time, but what you typed sounds like something he might’ve been experiencing

    Haha me too.
    I haven't had a job for over 4 years.
I've been dealing with psychosis and possible signs of early schizophrenia.
I'm not sure how I'm gonna get better, or if it's too late for that, but hang in there!
Thing is, I don't even feel depressed anymore. I used to feel so bad I wanted to die in the past, but now I don't worry about it.
It's almost like I know what that would mean, so It doesn't scare me anymore.
That in and of itself is kind of worrying to me though, because the next time I try to kill myself I'll probably be the most calm and accepting of it than I've ever been.
I think you know what I'm trying to say here.
If you lose the will to live, then you're already dead.
Some people die young, but aren't buried until they're old.
Some people just never stood a chance, I guess.

I had terrible aging anxiety when I was 22. When I started lifting at 24 I never looked back and I’m 33 now. If you’re fit it’s no big deal. Men peak in their 40’s if you take care of yourself.

i know i have to break up with her but idk if i should do it now or draw it out. it took me over a year to find a hot girl who wanted something long term, the rest were ugly or hot but only wanted something quick.

Feel fine like I'm still in my 20s. I honestly think a lot of it is a mental thing, even when it comes to your physical capabilities. Like okay, I recover worse from exercise or some manual labor but maybe I'm also more of a b***h and whine about it when I could just suck it up (as long as I don't risk injury). All of the things people say they can't do anymore they could probably still do, maybe not as proficiently as 10 years ago, but they are still all doable. Same shit with partying, drinking and dealing with hangovers. Are the hangovers really that much worse than they were when I was 20? I fricking doubt it, honestly. I can still go out, have fun and get wasted. I wake up feeling a little bit shitty but I say frick it, that's part of the game, get some food and water in, deal with it as well as possible and go about my day. I quit my old job when I was like 31 and took a risk to be self-employed without having much of a safety net. I still date young women when I want to. I go on vacation with my friends. If I find the right woman I may settle down. Where is the problem? Do what you want and remember it's all still possible and your age is restricting you much less than you think.

Just take care of yourself and do TRT after 30
Age shouldn't be an issue for men as they peak later on in life.
You only lose athleticism and reaction time/speed, so it affects some sports, strength in the gym stays though and you can still progress and make PRs even after 30.

Opposite for me, feels like I wasted so much time. Graduated college so that's good I suppose and looking for a job right now, nothing I'm particularly passionate about, but I really have nothing to look forward to in the future and every day feels pointless but it's becoming familiar and quite relaxing. So much of my time wasted by opportunities I didn't take. I feel like I'm mentally still 17 years old and falling behind every day. Clock is ticking.

Same the mental blackpill is brutal. I absolutely embarrassed myself by acting like a child at this fricking concert two days ago and I don't even want to show my face anymore. I got super drunk and got a text that my childhood dog died right when the concert started and I started bawling and blacked out. I just cried for the entire thing in front of hundreds of people that I know and I looked like a complete moron. So brutal.
