What ab exercises should I do? At the moment I'm doing hanging knee raises and cable crunches. Is that enough?

    My abs are DYEL tier so you might need more.

    2 exercises is all you need, 2-3 times a week. I do cable crunches and side planks. That's it. Cable crunches 5x8-12, side planks 3 x max hold on each side. Done in about 20 minutes.
