I want huge lats

It always feels like they're THE ONE muscle that give a man that insanely masculine big look. I want big lats more than anything. What do?

Currently I'm able to do 10 pullups, and I do 75kg/170lbs x 8 reps on medium grip cable rows. I've also started doing cable pullovers recently. Any advice for huge lats from people who have big lats?

    You have to train the entire back in 1 session to get big lats. You cannot just isolate lats. It's like trying to isolate 1 specific muscle of your quads.
    4 sets of pull ups
    4 sets of (weighted) bodyweight rows preferably with rings
    3-5 sets of deadlifts
    Worked for me. Lat pull downs are trash tier for me.

    I have big lats

    Get a dip belt, do them weighted, do 1rms, progress in weight try to pr, use different grip widths on the Pullup attachment, (Chinups, Pullups, neutral grip, wide grip etc) do lots of sets with 8-14 reps, look up "volume landmarks", train MEV-MRV, deload if you're stalling

    Deadlifts - get strong. 5 plate deadlifters rarely have a small back.

    Chinups (not pullups-chinups). Do NOT go wider than clavicles. Also make sure to go all the way down to dead hang to stretch out lats. Chest to bar by pulling scapula back at the top. No need to go to failure. Even sets of 3-5 are acceptable. Just do a lot of sets to get volume in. Shoot for a total of 50 reps per workoput. Make them clean (dead hang and sternum to bar) to make them all count.

    Oh, I'm sorry. Did you want a "hack?" to force the lats to grow? Were you looking for a "trick" to make seated cable rows more effective? Sorry. No such thing.

    Rows. Seal, pendlay, bent-over. Also do plenty of straight arm work such as diddlies, oly lifts and lat pullovers

    Be aware that the most lat exercises hit the whole back and not really the lower part of lats.
    Do one arm lat pull downs but with neutral grip and pull very close to your body.
    Do also with a closer grip bit dont bring your scapula together. Pull close to your body and imagine pulling down and back.

    I guarantee you, you never felt your lats like this before.
    My lats exploded after implementing lat focused exercises

    Will developing my lats make my waist thicker? I really want to maintain a thin waist in relation to the rest of my body and I can't tell if the effect of training lats extends that far down the body

      Doubt it. Just keep oblique work out and fo spinal erector work to a minimum.
