Your entire body runs off sugar, eat as much clean carbs as possible and keep fat to a minimum, potatoes, fruits and raw honey are the best, other types of carbs like wheat and grains are sub par to what I listed.         1. Genetic is the most important factor i think 50% of aging effect
        2. 2-3x of working out per week to keep you slim and maintain muscle
        3. Applying moisturizer for day and retinol for night before sleep
        4. Fasting 16/8 as best as you can
        5. Minimize stress
        6. Fricking young pussy without condom (am not sure about this) but its better than watching porn which can fried your brain and make you stupid

        By lifting to maintain a good muscle mass, exercising and then having only modest amounts of sugar/glucose in any period, you help to maximize insulin sensitivity.

        If you do stupid bullshit like "be skinny fat", "never exercise to deplete glycogen" and then "gorge yourself on a frickload of calories including a bunch of carbs" you put your body in an absolutely toxic state where it has nowhere to shuttle that glucose to, so it puts out frickloads of insulin and screws up existing receptors

      Treatinoin is also supposed to be great for acnes right? It used to help me out with my acnes but lately it seems like it's doing nothing for my acnes. It just gives me that chaffed skin thing that treatinoin does but without taking care of my acnes. What to do?
      Also how exactly do you use it? I've been using it by diluting it with a bit of soframycin lately to reduce the skin chaff thing.

        I don’t use tret, but I use Differin which is a weaker retinoid. Apply moisturizer first to prevent chaffing and dried skin. If you’re still drying out use moisturizer over it as well. It’s great for acne but if you’re still having that issue try differin and benzoyl peroxide. Remember moisturizer and sunscreen or you’re just gonna frick your shit up

    Skincare is super important for that. That's the main reason why actors are able to look so young, most men don't think about it. Do some research on facial routines, but at least wash your face with soap and water in the morning and at night, as well as using a cleanser. I like the fresh soi based cleanser from Sephora, pretty expensive though.

    Eat raw animal fats as young as possible. Add to that meal wise cucumbers whole, celery juices, some grapefruit, carrot juices, unheated honey, coconut cream and raw fish. You can also eat raw meat if it is appetizing to you.
