When you're starting from nothing, there IS NO right one. You have to actually get off your ass, start putting in some work, and figure it out for yourself based on your physiology.

You should build discipline before going to the gym. Idk about your actual condition but if you are a novice you should start with pushups and pullups and run, run a lot not for the army test but for the bootcamp.

Alright so you're not Morbiusly obese, Ironically that makes things a bit harder.
What I'd say to do is calisthenics since that's what militaries have you do.
For instance, one day you'd do like 4 sets of push ups to failure, as well as dips.
The next it'd be pull-ups, and other stuff like that. Idk I haven't done bodyweight shit in years.

Here is a sample workout plan you can follow to help you increase your strength and stamina:

            Monday:

Warm up: 5-10 minutes of light cardio to get your blood flowing and heart rate up.
Squats: 3 sets of 8-12 reps.
Deadlifts: 3 sets of 8-12 reps.
            Push-ups: 3 sets of 8-12 reps.
Dumbbell rows: 3 sets of 8-12 reps.
Plank hold: 3 sets of 30-60 second holds.

            Tuesday:

Warm up: 5-10 minutes of light cardio to get your blood flowing and heart rate up.
Lunges: 3 sets of 8-12 reps (per leg).
Bench press: 3 sets of 8-12 reps.
            Pull-ups: 3 sets of 8-12 reps.
Bicep curls: 3 sets of 8-12 reps.
Leg raises: 3 sets of 8-12 reps.

            Wednesday:
            Cardio day.

            Thursday:

Warm up: 5-10 minutes of light cardio to get your blood flowing and heart rate up.
Leg press: 3 sets of 8-12 reps.
Lat pulldowns: 3 sets of 8-12 reps.
Dips: 3 sets of 8-12 reps.
Tricep extensions: 3 sets of 8-12 reps.
Side planks: 3 sets of 30-60 second holds (per side).

            Friday:

Warm up: 5-10 minutes of light cardio to get your blood flowing and heart rate up.
Box jumps: 3 sets of 8-12 reps.
Barbell curls: 3 sets of 8-12 reps.
Push press: 3 sets of 8-12 reps.
Mountain climbers: 3 sets of 8-12 reps.
Russian twists: 3 sets of 8-12 reps.

Saturday and Sunday: Rest days - Cardio.

This guy has a good plan to start with fitness-wise.

Considering the pic you started the thread with I'd go on duolingo and start Russian lessons this instant. Wagner group is entirely Russian-speaking.
Also you CAN, but do not have to, bring your own gear from what I've heard. To minimize the risk of getting a fricking Mosin, try to get your hands on an AK-pattern rifle and familiarize yourself with it. 7.62×39 is gonna be the most common ammunition on both sides. Running out mid-firefight would suck. Really bad.
try to get your hands on some body armor. Level 2 or above plates if you can afford it. Even DNR/LPR militia has spare helmets so you'll get one.
Most importantly, watch the fricking skies! Ukrainian drones are everywhere at this stage. A grenade dropped right on top of you will NOT end well. A lot of them are Amazon-civilian-drone tier though, so a few well-placed rounds can and will save you, and the rest of your squad. (or whatever Russia calls their equivalent)

some eu country. i know they can employ civilian interpreters, but my language skills arent good enough for that, hence enlisting will add 1.5-2 years of language classes

You're not thinking months or years into the future. There's no way the Ukraine situation doesn't fly out of control this year and there's a very good chance Taiwan will pop off based on the number of jet incursions increasing every month.
Both of which would require Americans direct involvement.

Russia did not expect the war to be a shitshow of this scale. China will not allow Putin to use nukes, ever. If you think nukes are an option, you are hysteric little homosexual with low T. Simple as.
