Do Olympic lyfting and the warmups/exercises olympic weightlifters do. Give it about a year / two years max if you've been fricking yourself up doing squats like a powerlifter your whole life

same here, i’m also celtic, and a manlet. i can squat like those nonwhites and i have to say it’s extremely comfortable compared to kneeling or sitting cross legged. get a yoga mat and stretch until you can do it and then do it for real and keep stretching

I was born with the ability and whenever I do it people either laugh or are impressed. its not super great for long periods of time, I had to do some welding on the floor for a couple of hours once, my lower back was sore for 2 days. I'm working on this too. If your heel comes up (my problem) then try to improve your range of motion with daily static stretches. Also do as much of the motion as you can while holding onto something sturdy (like a counter) go down and up for many reps. This helps with getting the needed muscles stronger.

I can only do it comfortably with my heels raised which I guess is bad long term.
